The location was very peaceful and quiet. The front desk receptionist was the icing on the cake. Her customer service was beyond five stars she needs a raise. She welcome my family with open arms. Her smile and hospitality will never be forgotten. Y'all need to promote her or give her a raise. If all hotels had front desk people like this they would have returning customers.

I didn't like the breakfast the eggs we're cold every morning. Also our room had old fruit in the corners and under the bed. Housekeeping didn't clean very well before we got there.

The staff was outstanding. Every person I talk to was extremely nice, polite and helpful. we had a bit of an issue the first night coming and they were very understanding. Haley at the front desk along with Debbie and Daraja were great. we will definitely be back because of the staff.

The only negative thing I have to say was the pull out couch was a little dingy looking. Definitely has been used a lot and had holes and stains. That is where my son slept. The pull out itself was comfortable and when I covered The bed with the sheets it was perfectly fine. I use the extra sheets to cover up the couch cushions.

the chlorine smell of the pool area was pungent (it means there’s a lot of urine in it, so we couldn’t go in with the kids); there was a screw outside my door that luckily I stepped on with my sneakers & not slippers or worse one of the kids-see photo; & a lot of hair in the shower drain

Front desk staff was so friendly and informative. Our room was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious, lovely staff (especially the shuttle driver!), very kid friendly, convenient location, ample parking, plenty of stores/restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was lackluster (though being free and having GF options were bonuses), bed and couch were very uncomfortable.

The price was really good. The shower was nice. It had a little vanity outside the bathroom so I could play with my make up. It was a nice stay for the money.

The check in was terrible. It charged more than what was said on here so I had to go to the store to add money to my card. And the front desk seemed like they were annoyed when I had to do that. They made me feel uncomfortable. And the room was false advertisement. It was a nice room and all, but not what they showed me on here.

I had a great time with my family the room was clean and their services was top notch they were very accommodating I will definitely go back

This was by far the best place I've stayed. Bed was comfortable, room was exceptionally clean and spacious, staff was amazing. I just can't say enough good things about this place. I would live here if I could!!!
