The bed was big and comfy and the jacuzzi was definitely worth the extra money for the room. Super relaxing especially after a long day of walking around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The whole place was extremely clean and gave a great luxurious feel. Definitely would be my top pick to stay again next time I come to Pittsburgh. Only 30 minutes out of the city too (worked out nice that we weren't right in the city it was very quiet).

The TV Infront of the jacuzzi and couch wasn't hooked up to cable. Wasn't really important to our stay so I forgot to mention it to the staff. The fridge also randomly didn't wanna stay cold for a few hours but also wasn't a huge deal since we were only storing beer in it.

I loved that our room was ready before time to check in. Since we arrived early and the young woman at the front desk was very nice with a smile. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room along with how spacious it was. Hotel was very clean and up to date. Very impressive on all areas!!

we left on a Monday at about 6:30 am and the breakfast food was out ready to eat but was cold and my daughter could not eat it, the sausage gravy was actually lumpy it was so cold, sausage was cold. eggs were cold too this was very disappointing as we had a long drive ahead of us

The coffee was great, and breakfast was simple. There was a good variety of items to choose from.

Personally, I prefer fluffy scrambled eggs vs. a fried hard egg, but everything was fine and the area was very suitable for a nice breakfast.

Excellent service on arrival. Staff always happy to help. Rooms were clean and had no issues.

There wasn't quite enough toilet paper but more was gotten upon request.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in my room, I received a call from the front desk asking if it was ok. I booked a king suite, and it was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciate that the room had several lighting options. Dark hotel rooms are depressing. The bed was so comfortable that I decided to skip breakfast and sleep in!

Location was ideal, near to family, shops, restaurants and petrol. Our room was very big and included a jacuzzi, due to a free upgrade Staff were always smiling.

Great variety of food with Breakfast. Flexible time of 6-10am, very nice 😊. Location was next to the Beaver Valley Mall and near the highway to get to Pittsburgh or Midland, Pa toward Ohio.
