we didn't use any facilities, we were surprised what was in the room. full frig, stove top toaster, coffee maker. we went to the steeler game and had rain delay and a loss 😔got there at 2:30am and left at 10:30 so we really didn't have time to really enjoy our room as much being we were not there long enough

Quiet of of the way location. Facilities are clean and will maintained, hotel room had a kitchenette and was very spacious (especially for the price). Beautiful area to stay in. The staff was friendly, courteous, and overall very professional. A great value for the price.

Property was large and clean.

The first night the lobby was extremely loud. We were close to the lobby and guests were allowed to scream and cuss and be very loud until after midnight. Also, my husband was told he would get a discount for his employment. The person who checked us in said he couldn’t because we pre booked on booking.com. we over paid for 3 days by over $90. Then he charged us an extra $60 for a pet fee, which he could have waived due to us overpaying. We booked a fourth day at $90, that could have been waived since we over paid by $90. they made no attempt to honor the discount for us because they already had our money. they didn’t work with us at all. that was a true disappointment.

Great Location! Staff was AMAZING!

They have kitchenettes in the rooms but don’t have the cooking supplies available without needing to buy in the market place. They also don’t have an ice machine, but have ice machines in the rooms.

The hotel had no breakfast available but there were restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. It was a very nice clean room with helpful staff at the front desk. The only problem was that we were near the front desk and it was noisy at times.

Room location. Next time we will ask for a room away from the front desk.

Location was perfect for me. I enjoyed the room setup and felt the heating/cooling unit was the best I've seen in any hotel. It allowed me to keep the fan on (dulls the outside noise) without effecting my set temp. Bed was comfortable and accommodations for my dog was also very much appreciated. I will stay here again.

I always enjoy more amenities, but I knew what they had. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

We use this hotel every time we are in the area. We really like it and they always address a problem if/when it arises. Good location. Lots of places to shop and eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly.

We stayed in room 301. Upon entering the room there was a very unpleasant odor. I called down to have the room changed and unfortunately there were no other rooms available. The gentleman working the front desk did try to eliminate the problem however just using deodorizer didn’t help much. Also the door lock didn’t work from the inside and the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall. We did address the issue with the manager and was told it would be fixed ( after we left). Also, there are never any handicap spaces to park and the vehicles that are parked in them do not have a handicap sticker. I think that needs to be addressed.

It was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. It was like staying in a efficiency apartment.

We didn’t get our free bottle of water.
