Very convenient location; you can literally walk to the airport terminal and the regional train station in 10 minutes or less (even other terminals are walkable). The bed was very comfortable, with proper pillows. The in-house restaurant was nice, (though overpriced). Staff was generally nice. Good soundproofing from airport noise and road noise. The room size is fine (you may be used to bigger ones but it is sufficient for maybe up to two adults). Cheaper long-term stay rate was useful.

The place looks old and some things are starting to break. For example it was impossible to fully direct the water to the shower head, some water kept flowing into the tub from the faucet at the bottom. The power button on the coffee maker was dislocated, basically it had to be operated by plugging/unplugging the device, without the button. The TV had no sound for like 30 minutes and then suddenly it started working. The network cable wasn't recognized by my computer at all. The staff seemed overworked and made mistakes (like installing a shower gel container with an unpushable button). Sound was leaking in from the hallway and other rooms (you can literally hear when another guest uses water in their bathroom).

The front desk staff were exceptional: professional, welcoming, friendly. We hadn't planned to stay over, but flying standby and didn't make the last flight. Late night, needed to be back at the airport for a 6am. Having the convenience of a hotel with a direct walkway to a dedicated security entrance (no shuttles!) was well worth the extra $. There's even a kiosk in the lobby to check-in and print boarding passes. The room was quiet and the beds super comfortable. We didn't avail ourselves of the bar, but it looked quite inviting.

- I’m a Bon Voy member and I couldn’t book a room through the Marriott website. I had to go through a third party site to book a room. - Interacting with the hostess for breakfast was a blunder. Took way too long for him to tell me that breakfast wasn’t included with my room. Gave him my name and room number … should have been a 15secone ordeal. Hostess himself was good, process needs refining.

Super convenient! Access via a short covered fly-over passageway from terminal B. I was travelling on my own, so it was perfect to access the hotel with my luggage on arrival, and on departure too, as I had a super early flight at 5am. Nice large room. Very clean. Yes, the hotel is a little old fashioned, but the location more than makes up for this.

The price was on the high side, but I guess you are paying for the convenience.

It was nice to just walk to terminal B in the morning. It was soo easy! We originally were put in a room right next to the ice machine, and it was so loud in our room. Eric treated my friend and I with such kindness and understanding! He moved us to a different room, and it was perfect!! He even came upstairs to give us our new keys and help move our bags. He is awesome!

The bed we were in had quite a dip in it. It seemed like the mattress may have been a bit old. (Room 1101 bed closest to the airport window)

Nice hotel, we missed our flight and this hotel was right at the hotel, quite expensive for being just place to sleep and leave first thing in the morning, but you couldn’t beat location

Nice room that is walkable from airport. Perfect for after a long trip in. Nice lounge and restaurant at lobby. Also right next to car rentals. Perfect location for an airport hotel.

It seems the inside corridor to the hotel from airport terminal has been repurposed and no long accessible to access the hotel. If it hasn’t, make it more clear where it is, but help assistants all direct to go outside. Have to walk outside, which lessens the convenience a little, but still easier than going out of airport

Wi Fi was terrible. We asked for help at the desk. Clerk was kind and helpful but couldn't solve the problem. We couldn't get any email; couldn't open any googled info (note said we couldn't open anything because it wasn't private and our account could be hacked.) We had no service at all but as soon as we entered the airport we could do everything. Poor wi Fi.

Connected to the airport. We always stay here the night before travel. Clean and comfortable. Food and drinks are also impressive. Always happy here.

Parking is not very convenient, I feel like the hotel should have a better area to park that’s easier to access the hotel entry.

Proximity to the airport, price of the room and the staff were friendly.

The restaurant had only one server on a Friday night and it was packed. It took 35 minutes to get a drink so we decided to order takeout instead of eating there.
