The Suite was spacious, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was well lit and the bed was very comfortable. There were two televisions available one in the seating area and one in the bedroom.The staff at the restaurant and the front desk clerk at check-out were pleasant. The airport shuttle was also very convenient for my 5.30 a.m. flight.

The staff at the front desk during check-in was abrupt and did not provide the necessary information. Questions had to be asked about the restaurant, shuttle and wifi etc.this information should have been shared automatically as part of check-in. The AC unit rattled every time it came on.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something they made sure we had it. Our tv was broken and it was fixed promptly and we were still given breakfast vouchers for the inconvience. The room was comfortable, large and clean. We would come back just to spend time in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent. So good that we ate breakfast and dinner there for both of our days there. We actually liked our stay so much we are already planning another trip to Philadelphia because of the experience we had.

If I had to pick something the mattress was a little more firm than I like.

The facilities and suites were excellent and the bar and restaurant staff friendly , whilst the cleaning staff were discreet but efficient.

the reception area was unwelcoming and not over helpful. the staff seemed to spend all their time 'screen watching' whilst ignoring waiting customers who appeared to b an irritation to them . i noticed an error in my bill the explanation i gave was greeted by silence and altho the error was corrected the whole process was completed without a word being spoken except by me . all other staff were v customer friendly and approachable but your hotel loses points greatly on first and last impressions - some training in customer relations in the reception area would not go amiss. apart from this a mist enjoyable , comfortable and peaceful stay pre flight (amazingly no air noise despite being in v close proximity to airport. ideal situation.

Room temperature was bone chilling.we turned it off.temperature got better. Room had everything we needed. I was in room 233 no issues.we felt safe.we paid for parking. Front desk at check in did not explain about breakfast vouchers the other night staff was a great help. Food was ok cost too much.area was great close to everything.would recommend this place.

Food staffing was not wearing hair nets.wife found hair in her food. Watch people walk in and leave because there wasn’t no staff to seat.need better communication .

The Sheraton suites aesthetics were very nice and clean from the lobby to the room. My favorite part of the room was the bed, EXTREMELY comfortable, so comfortable that I almost missed my check out time, because I didn’t want to get up. (Where do I order the bed for my new home) Haha! I also liked the space and cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was hot, how I like it with great water pressure.

I did not like that the pull out couch didn’t have sheets/ blankets. I also didn’t like how the security (a guy that worked Friday/ Saturday Feb 24/ Feb 25 (around 3am) did not have a pleasant attitude, he was very rude to my family. I observed him being rude to another couple that night as well.

Stayed here for an early morning flight from PHL. The hotel is very close to the airport and we booked here because we booked parking at the hotel for the duration of our trip. The parking lot is very secure and the shuttle drivers are really great—when we returned the drive offered to drop us all of directly at our vehicles since it was raining. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t get to try breakfast since our flight was before breakfast was served.

The room the hospitality .exspeccialy Mekki the clerk was so nice and kind and Pam the server for the breakfast i truly valued those 2 they treated me so nice .

The cost of parking 25 dollar a day is absurd and definitely not informed plus if i have a guest after 45 min of stay the w8ll be charged 25 dollar per day is crazy the pool was closed and 150 for deposit breakfast was ok but could been better....the fruit was watering ..

The hotel was very comfortable. The food was very good but expensive. The waitress in the evening was super nice and she always made sure to check how we were doing.

The pool and spa were closed. The waitress in the morning was not very personable and after taking the order she never passed by to check on us or to ask if we needed anything else. Parking should have been free and breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. It was pricey.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few other times. i selected it because of its proximity to the airport. It was clean, they have a free shuttle, and restaurant. This was the first time I tried the restaurant. I had the chicken Cobb salad…it was fresh, large portion, and delicious! This surprised me, since I didn’t expect it from a hotel restaurant. Shuttle ran every 20 minutes like clockwork!

I tried to apply my BONVOY points but they said they couldn’t find my account…too bad! ☹️

The airport shuttle service was prompt, comfortable, and available 24 hours. The room was large, quiet and the bedding and pillows were very nice quality. The restaurant was handy and the food was fine.

If I had wanted to leave the hotel for any reason, I think my only option was a cab/uber or rental car. I was here for just a night so it didn't matter to me.
