We were pleasantly surprised by this nice little hotel. We normally stay closer to CMU when we go to see pickup/dropoff our son to college. Due to all events in the area we could not find an affordable room on campus. So we chose this Comfort Inn. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and had nice fluffy clean bedding. The room had an updated bathroom and snack area with a fridge and microwave

The shower water backed up above my husband's ankles and the shower curtain bar was loose. The room (117) had a very strong perfume scent, which I believe was from Carpet Fresh because my socks smelled like it when we got home. Other than those 2 items everything was Great!

Very helpful, pleasant staff. Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of towels, pillows, hot water, parking and amenities. If you don't need to be downtown, I'd recommend this Comfort Inn.

Access was a challenge with a median in the road. Unpleasant odor in the hallways. The tub had been repaired and there was an (ugly) adhesive residue left in tub.

The room was spacious and being on the first floor was very convenient

The people in the room above us were constantly stomping on the floor to where it sounded like the roof was going to cave in

I mean u get what u pay for. I feel the breakfast reviews were a little high. It wasn’t exactly as good as some people said. I’d give it a 2 out of five stars with one star being no breakfast.

It suited our needs for the 2 nights. The couch area in the room was nice.

I would request a "front" room next time for a view, not the wall/cliff in back. ha Breakfast choices good enough.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we both got a good night sleep. The breakfast was also good.

The shower head was loose from the wall and it was hard to change the position. The towels also left a little bit to be desired. But that is me being petty.

Could have been fresh cooked breakfast and I still haven't received my $50 gift card for two nights

Didnt arrive in time for breakfast, but manager got a cup of coffee for me The Handicapped bathroom was GREAT!

Upon arrival there was strong tobacco smell on the side of the bed close to the sofa. There was some confetti and trash at that side of the headboard. We reported to front desk and were provided with an odor remover spray, which helped, but not entirely. If the handicapped bathroom hadn't been so good, we would have asked for another room

I only stayed one night and the hotel met my expectations and needs for this period, the room was very spacious, had a sofa, microwave and fridge, and also a great king size bed.

The hotel met expectations and has no negative points, in addition to the rate being a little high compared to other hotels in the chain.

The room was very clean, comfortable and furnished with all the necessary amenities like a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The location was fab. We had a wonderful stay! Absolute value for money.

Nothing to complain.
