staff in the morning and afternoon work great. Breakfast was excellent

there was a kid that worked the front desk overnight. He was not very friendly, in fact he wasn’t helpful at all rather rude. I talk to him on the phone and he did not want to help me at all. And when I was there there was a lady in front of me and he was rude to her and didn’t help her at all she went away upset because he would not help her. He was very unprofessional

Good Value breakfast. The young girl at the front desk was especially helpful. She gave us a list of restaurants that were not fast food. This was a great help for us because we had never been to Shippensburg, PA.

I would not know how to improve on our stay at Best Western. My husband and I both enjoyed the interaction with the staff.

Everything about the property was good nothing that really didn’t like about it.

Only thing that didn’t like though was it was just very hot when you walked into the lobby and just walking into building.

Friendly, convenient, hot breakfast

I rented two rooms 8 months prior to our stay. When i got to the hotel one of the rooms did not have 2 beds as stated in my reservation, but they didnt have rooms available to switch. One room cost more than the other...and there was hair in the drain of the tub.

Breakfast had burritos, sandwiches,fruit, cereal,waffles. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and there is AC. Nice staff

Bathroom door was broke . You had to lift and push to one side to close. Toilet seat was broke. Key card didn't work at entry D. Entry C doors latch was broke so anybody could walk in. Tv package was mostly channels selling stuff. Coffee was horrible. I was told to not use the juice machine because the juice was no good in it.

I loved the spa in the room. And the pool and hot tub are amazing. I love that I can have a night or two away and have me time with my husband.

Everything was perfect. Wouldn’t change anything.

The host at the counter was wonderful. Really polite and thoughtful.

Rooms are clean and and very cozy. Stayed in a king suite last time and upgraded to the executive suite this time around. Very lovely room!

Convenient to my Cousins house

I had to go to front desk for 4 things!!! Remote control didn’t work for TV, got a new one still didn’t work so I gave up. How annoying when you have to get up n down from bed. AC FILTER WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! Really, shouldn’t these always be checked? I was upset how unhealthy this was especially w COVID! Heat light in bathroom didn’t work, and there are lights over sink and 1 out of 3 working!

the cleanliness, the staff, the location and amenities

there were only rooms with 2 double beds or one king bed. the double beds were very very small . I would of much rather had 2 queen beds
