I was looking for a hotel near where my dad lives and found this hotel 2 years ago I travel to this area 1 to 2 times a month even though there are a few places that cost alittle bit less I refuse to book anywhere else because they have kind staff, clean rooms and have accommodated and fixed anything that may have been wrong or I needed help with.

The only thing I would like to see different is on their side parking there no handicap parking which sometimes make it difficult to find a space near the doors if this was corrected I would have 0 complaints.

The hotel looked like a new build...very futuristic and modern...I found out it had been newly re- modeled. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location again in my travels between Maine and Florida!

The shower curtain needed changing...it had smelly mold growing on it...looked like it had been there for quite a while...

Great location. Beautiful building. We stopped here for a night on the way back home from traveling. They were great about confirming our room over the phone: a pet room since we had our dog and check-in was a breeze. Nathan helped us and was awesome to work with. Room was very nice and all amenities were modern. Loved the Dove toiletries and shower was 10/10. Also the Dunkin Doughnuts right in front was awesome. Felt very safe here. Some of the other hotels in Ship-burg seemed a little sketchy. Whereas here they have 24 hour front desk, deadbolts that work, no weird people loitering outside at all hours.

No concerns. Our room was on the back (which faces a cornfield) so the view was nature. Granted not much to see in Ship-burg anyway.

Extremely Comfortable Room, great shower and bed. We slept very well, lots of towels and lighting. Staff were so very nice and helpful. Lovely seating in lobby and common areas. Large pool. And Breakfast was off the hook! Much more than expected. We were just the over nite while traveling, throughly enjoyed it.

This hotel is very clean. I also like the dove soap products. Lastly the staff is very friendly and the breakfast has a food variety with coffee being available 24/7.

The frig in room 330 didn't seem to work properly. It wasn't very cold.

The room that was designated for us, was not cleaned yet so they quickly gave us another wich was better suited for us. Hot tub n pool was good. Breakfast was not great cuz the scrambled eggs were cold and they ran out of pancakes. But staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very good. Omelets and sausage and mini hash browns. It’s hard to get a good hotel breakfast these days.

The air conditioners were very loud. The first room we were assigned to had a very loud clicking noise and we had to switch rooms. The next room had a loud ac but I played fan noises on my phone to drown it out.

The room size, great water pressure in the shower, the breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub very nice .

The towels were very small in the pool area. Man at the front desk seemed to lack social cues. Made awkward and uncomfortable conversation each time he saw us.

The hotel doble charged my stay. Although the payment to booking was done previously, I had to give my card for the deposit and they charged me for the night again, and didn’t refund all the extra money that I paid.

It was clean, and it accommodated our large family of six.

Even though I put in the correct number of guest, we were assigned to a room that only accommodated four and had to run back to the front desk and sort it out. The desk agent was pleasant to deal with, it is just never a fun situation to deal with when you are tired from a long driving day and have tired kiddos in tow as well.
