Breakfast was very good every morning. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond for us and really helped us out.

I wish there were certain rooms or floors that didn’t allow pets. My wife has terrible allergies and had breathing issues because of the dander in the rooms. It could be arranged for the whole 5th floor (or similar area)to be pet free very easily I think.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was new, quite large, and had good doors so water didn't get all over the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they had plenty of gluten-free options, which is important to us.

The sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable. When you offer a sofa bed as an option, it should be comfortable enough to sleep a full night on, or you could offer a mattress topper to make it a workable option.

Hotel was clean and facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of cold and hot items. Excellent Mexican restaurant about 50 yards away... we enjoyed it.

It is a bit of a challenging location to find with I79 North and I 70 west running together. With the help of Waze we got there ok. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I believe her name is Madonna. She is very pretty but maybe not quite up to the famous Madonna standards.

There was a wide-spread power outage. We would have lost our money if we didn’t stay. Thankfully the power came back on. It would have been a hot, dark night with no power. The one woman crew did an awesome job, but she should have never been alone!! At least two people should be on duty!! Kudos to Madonna - she deserves a bonus!!

Quite comfortable. Temperature controls easy to work and they functioned properly. Room was very clean and bathroom was as well. Nice appointments. Bed was comfy as was the adjacent couch in the room. Really liked the small table. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Coffee was great and available at all times.

This hotel was very clean and had a great variety of choices for the breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable and the staff member who checked us in and out (Justin) was extremely helpful.Unfortunately I forgot a jacket in the closet on checkout...I was a couple of hours drive north before discovering it missing. The manager Madonna took the time to mail it to me in Canada which was much appreciated.

It was nice and clean, well kept and looks very new and modern. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious with many options! Also the staff were very nice and accommodating!

Clean accessible shower. Comfortable bed. Mini-fridge. Convenient plugs for charging.

It's nice that they were trying to be healthy but the chicken breakfast sausage and egg white frittata were tasteless..

The reno looks good. It has a nice breakfast area.

Unfortunately, with this reno- no tubs. I can live w/o tub but the shower is so high that for us little ladies, we will always get our hair drenched‼️ A hand held diverter would be nice or even a showering cap‼️

Check in was very confusing. Staff could not read booking from your app. Not friendly, and not helpful. Had to provide proof of booking.
