Very clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space for my son’s pack and play.

Honestly we got there late and only stayed for one night while we were traveling from IL to VA so we didn’t see a lot of the property. No complaints from what we did see!

Quick, pleasant check in. The room was modern and clean with newer pillow top mattress which was very comfortable. There were 3 nice pillows on each bed with soft cozy linens. There was enough towels. The pool area was open along with the spa which were clean. On the weekend they have a great breakfast buffet with made to order omelets/eggs for 12.95 a person which was very good.

Because it was in a corporate center there wasn’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Our shower when in the cool position would change to cooler. It was fine if it was in the warmer to hot position.

The location was away from any busy areas. There were no traffic issues where the hotel was located. It was clean and spacious. The fitness center was well above average. Parking was plentiful and FREE!

The walls were very thin. You could hear all hallway conversations very clearly.

The front desk staff were excellent & friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were very professional & polite. The pool & fitness room are in good conditions and the laundry machines are fully operable. Plenty of parking available and the hotel location is accessible from the highway. Perfect stay if visiting the Pittsburgh area.

It would've been good to see some level of security at the facility since the hotel is vulnerable to potential trespassing & vehicle vandalism & potential theft. Noticed some minor housekeeping discrepancies perhaps from guest littering near the common areas within the hallways, elevators & vending machines. Otherwise everything else is good.

The hotel was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful.

The pool was dirty and there wasn't a complimentary breakfast or coffee.

The front desk staff could not have been friendlier. Our room was extremely clean and quiet. Excellent place to stay!

I can’t think of anything, except the caulk at the base of the shower wall should be fixed or replaced.

Everything at the hotel was great , I have been to many hotels and this was the cleanest hotel I have been in. The breakfast was excellent and so were the servers and staff I would not hesitate to stay here again

Throughly helpful staff and superior breakfast (fresh made omelets and blueberry pancakes)!

Weeknight live music played till around 10:00pm. Make sure you ask for a room away from the side the band is playing.

The staff was great. Always helpful and ready with a smile. My room had a balcony which was very peaceful.

The hotel is in a isolated area which I was not used to. The area has concerns regarding available transportation. Cab service is non existent and uber service is not reliable. Staff was very open and helpful with providing information for a car service.

The hospitality was exceptional due to the courteous staff and comfortable quiet stay. The hotel and its facilities were very clean and maintained. Breakfast and service was great as well. This location is a quiet business district, only 30minutes from the city.
