The location was fantastic. A five minute walk to a lovely downtown with cafes, great restaurants and interesting shops. The motel had been completely refurbished and was fresh and very clean. The rooms had a cottage type ambience and were very comfortable. The motel was full when we were there but was very quiet. The indoor pool is fantastic. Big, deep and warm! I used it 5 times during a 2 night stay. There is great hiking and bicycling in the area which was what we there for. Don't miss the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon! Lovely walking the streets around the motel as well. A 10/10 stay.

The room was clean and had a cute style! The bed and pillows were very comfy! It had a tv and fridge that worked well. It also had a microwave and little coffee maker, but we did not use them. There was an indoor pool and sauna. We also did not use them, but they looked nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well, and the shower felt nice. There was an ice machine at the end of the hall. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but when we did, they were friendly and helpful. The location was good and only a short walk to the downtown area and restaurants.

The air conditioner was located in the bathroom, so it was a little awkward at times. I didn't appreciate stepping out of the shower into the blowing air, but we just turned it down temporarily, so it really wasn't a big deal. We were in an interior room, so there was only one small window to the outside and a second window into the hall. This would be great if you needed to keep sunlight out to sleep during the day, but kept it a little dark. Lighting was sufficient, but it wasn't bright. Still not deal breakers at all.

Clean and mostly updated. Location was very good. We could easily walk to town for shopping and meals. We didn’t use the pool but there was a heated indoor pool. Nice little microwave and fridge that were clean and newer. Very reasonable price. Would stay again. Was also pretty quiet.

The mattress was very saggy. It looked like it could be flipped end to end and maybe be better. There was a ridge at doorway that we found to be a stumbling hazard. Caught our shoes multiple times each. A small ramp like piece inside door would correct that.

Our room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We seemed to have instant hot water when the shower or sink turned on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was right. As we were visiting the Pennsylvania, Grand Canyon, the location was excellent.

While the air conditioner worked well, because the temperature outside dropped to the 60s the air conditioner would turn off and thus there was very little air circulating at night, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Rooms are recently remodeled , very nice details. A comfortable and attractive space. Fantastic location if you want to explore Wellsboro on foot. Single room had a fridge, microwave and mini coffee pot. Door dash will deliver.

Wall mounted heater /ac unit. It worked, but was a bit loud. Most hotels have something similar and this was better than most. It got the room to a pleasant temperature. I would have liked another blanket. They probably would have given me one but i didn't ask . Whoever did the lines for the parking spaces may have been drinking at the time, but there are enough awkward parking spaces for everyone .

The pool was extremely clean, large and warm. We loved the sauna after swimming. We loved our Jacuzzi room ( large, comfy bed, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, roomy room, air conditioner, cleanliness of room( no smoky smell). Staff was nice and location was great. We learned from staff Lawrence was closed for viewing of PA Hrand Canyon. They also told us about restaurants to go yo, which we liked when we dined there.

The price was about 80 more than what we thought it was worth.

The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are always fluffy! Kitchen area and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The staff are second to none! Within walking distance of the town center. We've stayed multiple times and will definitely stay again!

The only tiny suggestions I would have are: brighter lights in the bathroom and kitchen area, and one more mirror, maybe outside the bathroom. It's really difficult to find fault!

The staff was awesome, the room was recently remolded very clean, beds were comfy. Pool was clean and a nice locker room and sauna. The shower had a curved rod making it more spacious. Plenty of towels, the little fridge, microwave and coffee maker were great . Within walking distance to down town . A/c was super cold

The area around the pool was cracked and patched up with a board and the edge of the pool needs to be cleaned. The room could use a small folding table. The coffee maker didn't make good coffee and I had to move it to the sink because the cord was too short and I thought the sheets were threadbare and dingy. I was sad the hot tub was removed

The heater (fan) kept turning on and off every few minutes all night and day. Of course, it was cold outside (29°F), and it was better to have heat rather than no heat. I just wish there was a different kind of system for motels to use. I've been in other places in summertime and the AC goes on and off every few minutes. I'm a light sleeper, and this kind of noise makes it hard to sleep. All-in-all, however, we enjoyed our stay and the very reasonable rates.

The Motel staff were very cooperative and attended all our queries and called us to inform on the keys being placed after office hours for Late check-in. The property is very well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Free coffee and hot chocolate available at office for breakfast.
