The location was ok. I liked how breakfast was set up.

My son had an epileptic seizure at night and broke the lamp that was on a wobbly night stand table by the bed. I told staff immediately at 4a.m. I was told they couldn't come clean up the glass because they didnt come into guess rooms because of COVID. I understood this. I asked if the manager would call me in morning. No call. I cleaned up glass as best I could. When I checked out I explained about lamp and asked if I would be charged they didnt know. I said I was willing to pay for lamp all I asked was someone to please call me and let me know cost before charging my card. No phone call. They just charged my card. I was very sad about the lack of communication. I will probably stay will the Marriott brand from now on. They have much better communication.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff, in particular, Ms. Victoria, was very professional, friendly and went out of the way to ensure our needs were met. I plan to return anytime I spend time in York, Pa. It will be my hotel of choice.

Great location, facility, and staff. Only complaint we have is that they planned a whole facility carpet cleaning without advance notice. Received a note on the door one morning that we could not have anything on the floor, and when we returned the carpets were damp for the next 24 hours. We were in the middle of a move and had 6 suitcases in the room. It made the experience uncomfortable for that day.

Great room. Excellent space. Loved the dishwasher, and the fridge was a very good size for the room. Good size TV. The bed was absolutely great and very comfortable. Large Micro-wave - a definite plus.

Loud dogs were on the fifth floor - they would bark a lot when people would walk in front of the room. Heard a few people antagonizing the dogs by barking at them when walking down the hallway. Owners did keep them pretty much under control.

They have many different places you can hang out at outside of your room. Everyone is very friendly and there is an amazing staff here, who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They also accommodate up to 3 pets which was so great because it was the only hotel that I found that allowed that, with a one time pet fee at that!

everything was so clean! the rooms were wonderful for a family, even the outside planter has beautiful arrangements! Paper towels were included and have a kitchen was so great! the rolling table so we could eat as a family was great! close to lots of restaurants !

we switched rooms due to some signs of possible bedbugs. staff was very accommodating.

The room was beautiful very clean and more than enough towels in bathroom and smelled great.

We checked in for son's birthday and pool was available. Came back with kids to get in and pool was getting shocked. I feeling really was a waste because the pool was whole point for kids to have party but it was a beautiful hotel

The room was spacious and provided everything we needed. All of the amenities provided met our wants and needs.

I do wish the pool were a bit warmer

Everything. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and met all our needs.
