Breakfast was very good - many options so surely everyone could eat very well. The women who worked in the breakfast area were very friendly, cheerful ladies. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Hampton Inn is in a great location.

There was a mix up concerning billing. The gentleman at check-in said "I see you paid through Booking so I just need your card for the $50 deposit for incidentals. At checkout I received a bill from Hampton Inn, $40-50 higher, and after inquiring she said I was to pay at check-in for Booking. I told her what he said and she implied the desk clerk was confused. Anyway, she adjusted the bill to what I was to pay through Booking and processed it through Hampton Inn. I'm hoping all this goes through my card correctly. It was a little unsettling when we were off to enjoy one last day in area.

The location was close to everything even walking distance to shopping and food. The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a plus and was actually very good. The place was clean from the elevators, halls and it smelled good most places don't smell that great in the halls or elevators so I was very surprised and very pleased I picked Hampton Inn

The only thing and it was no big deal to us that the second floor ice machine didn't work and we had to go up one floor to get Ice but was no major big deal would not stop me from coming back for sure .

The staff where very nice and friendly, issued happened with the toilet and it was fixed within 5 minutes. 😊 Breakfast was changed up so not the same everyday, each day it was excellent. The overall hotel was clean, if we were to come back to that area we would have no issues at all in staying here again. The pillows wonderful ❤️

our 1st room double (which was a mistake but we don’t complain) had the update air conditioning. Once they realized the mistake on our room there was no offer a a reimbursement or anything to that matter just you can move to your new room as soon as you’re ready. once in it, it was better but the air conditioning was older version on the floor not a wall unit. The TV was hard to figure out the TV channels but you eventually figure it out.

Super friendly & helpful staff! There was a booking error with Booking.com & Claressa went above & beyond to get everything straight for us! She was amazing! Hot breakfast every morning - eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, plus fruit, cereal & yogurt. Beds/pillows are super comfy & room is soundproof - except for my roomie's snoring, lol. All of the staff were more than happy to get us everything we needed! Will definitely stay here when we come back!!

1st floor room was very slightly musty w the South Carolina humidity. It really wasn't that bad - towels wouldn't dry out after being used so we just asked for more & they were very happy to accommodate :) We didn't ask to be moved bc honestly we were too lazy to move our stuff, lol. Places to go & such. It was more important to us to get out & about instead of taking the time to repack & move everything.

the pet policy 225 non refundable. I’ve never paid that much any where else glad I didn’t bring my other dog! also the bottled water was kind of ridiculous they give you 2 bottles at the time of check in. a couple nites later I ask for a bottle and the lady said they only give them out at check in time ! i spent 500 bucks at your hotel and you couldn’t give me a bottle of water !!!

location, staff, breakfast, bed, almost everything but the shower & terribly noisy, ill fitting room doors.

Shower head is awful, as it is Too high to reach to adjust & water has to be turned off to adjust. Can hear everything in halls as the doors Don t fit with inches underneath and do not close quietly or easily. Highly recommend nice self closing, sound reducing thresholds.

The location of the property was super! It sits off the main road cloaked in old oak trees and next to a marsh. Very convenient to downtown and local attractions

We had a problem with the A/C that was addressed but caused us to be uncomfortable on our first night. There was no shower gel do to a “ supply problem “.

Everything you’d expect for this type of accommodation. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room. There’s even a small pool and mini gym. Breakfast was great! the location is nice and away from the main road. I had a good view of the marsh from my window.

The only thing that might be helpful is a TV channel listing in the room. My TV remote also didn’t work very well.

I loved everything. The staff were amazing and so very friendly. The breakfast was good and at a nice time. I was there to pick up my Marine from graduation and I am recommending this place to the new Marines family's. I was recommended and I am so glad I listened to them. We stayed at this hotel in April 2023 thoroughly loved everything about it. Clean throughout, comfortable bed, great staff, and the breakfasts were very good. A special thank you to the people working to keep the food area clean and restocking everything!
