I liked the design of the room, especially the desk space as it gave me room to spread things out and the keyboard platform was the perfect height. Loved the shower for the water pressure and the mobility of the shower head. The bed was comfortable, and I liked having a functional Kitchen.

My invoice/receipt says $134.31, but my bank was charged $184.31, which is exactly $50.00 more!! What happened here?? Why is my bank charged $50.00 more than what was agreed for the charge and indicated as $134.31 on my receipt? I get reimbursed by my company based on my receipt/invoices, but how would I get reimbursed for $184.31 when the receipt says $134.31. The amount of $134.31 should be the amount charged to my bank, and $50.00 should be refunded to me immediately!

We like having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There were also plates, silverware etc. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed all the comfortable outdoor seating.

Everything was great! Front desk staff was excellent. The gentleman that was in the breakfast area was very nice.

During breakfast this morning there was a little girl and her brother serving themselves. The little girl was sneezing all over the food. Was glad we had finished getting out food before this happened. I think you might want to implement a policy of children under 13 to be served by a parent. It was horrible to watch the little girl sneeze all over the sausages, omelettes and other food in the container then wipe her nose on her arm and hands.

Room was clean and comfortable and roomy.

I was very disappointed that we were not afforded free Wi-Fi because I booked third-party. This was not the case at other motels. Also, we asked about getting ice at the front desk in the morning (the ice machine was broken), but we weren't assured that the person on duty in the morning would be available to get us ice because of other duties.

It was conveniently located. The room size was great

One of the elevators was out of order the entire week and we had to wait for the only one several times. The breakfast was not great. Food was mostly processed food and wasn’t what we expected from a Hilton.

Large room with kitchen facilities. Microwave large fridge and garbage disposal. Good detailing with bathroom pocket doors and translucent blinds with blackout curtains. Good showers with plenty of pressure.

The surfaces are starting to need replacement, coming to their end of service life.

Customer service was wonderful from the beginning to the end 😊. Room was comfortable and spacious. The mini kitchen was a plus. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Waffles, grits and omelettes😋 We really enjoyed our 2 night stay!!😃
