The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is quite dated. The tub didn't drain well so we were standing in over an inch of water while showering. There were cracked tiles. It could definitely use an updating. We were not aware that it is a dormitory. Most of the rooms are occupied by students. However we enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfortable.

We LOVED the pool! Hotel was beautiful outside. Nice lobby. Room was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The included breakfast was disgusting and the floors in the hallway were filthy.

I think that the hotel can use a little TLC. The hallway on our floor smell little musty and there was a dehumidifier, few feet from our door. Also, the day after our arrival we came down to leave the hotel around 9 am and there was a strong odor of fish and seafood that lingered the whole day.

The staff were so welcoming and professional. The rooms were clean and the mattresses very comfy. The housekeeping was on point and attending to our every need.

I didn’t necessarily dislike this, but the property is a little dated and might make travelers have assumptions on the comfort and value.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. We had an amazing stay, other than the breakfast(bland at best), everything was perfect.

Breakfast. There was no taste of the waffles, eggs, sausage, or bagels. No salt, seasoning, sugar, just nothing. It made me question my tastebuds but after eating somewhere else, it wasn’t me.

The room was clean, modern, friendly Staff, great breakfast, and a good price. As far as Hilton head goes, I will never go back. It took 45 minutes to get to the beach, and over an hour to get back. It was only 15 miles, but with all the stoplights and traffic jams it was horrible. This was the best hotel on our entire trip.

All the staff were very courteous and professional. The complimentary printer was not working, and the staff allowed me to print a document from their printer. Very kind of them!! The rooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was very satisfying! We enjoyed the pool most of all!

Really, there's nothing that I saw or experienced that dissatisfied me?

Upon check in the attendant was very friendly and helpful. However, we never saw her after that. The attendants working for that weekend were NOT friendly and borderline rude. One call, one time to the front desk, to let them know we were locked out at the pool(a child had to go potty. The key pad was not working and a towel had been in place to prevent it from locking), and I was hung up on. Then the person placed a towel in the door and never said a word. We had reserved our rooms 4 months ahead of travel and requested adjoining rooms, due to having grand children with us..... The two rooms were at opposite ends of both halls. Both rooms had overwhelmingly strong moldly smell as you enter the room. But the rooms and bath rooms were very clean otherwise. Most comfortable hotel bed I have EVER had.

need ice on 3rd floor ; breakfast could be better but it was good. young people working there was so polite. trim needs painted but carpets were cleaned and very pretty.

the location was nice , it was close to restaurants and gas stations. The breakfast staff was nice and friendly.

House keeping was banging on the door alot ; even before it was time to check out.
