the price for the room, the hotel was clean in the common areas and the room and hallways.

25 minutes before the breakfast time was to end, no coffee, had to wait for them to bring out new pot, no bacon, no waffle mix, no fresh fruit. Hotel was completely booked and although went to their free breakfast it was still within the service hours and they did not refresh anything except the coffee.

This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed during our cross-country trip with pets. We stayed at Quality Inn, and Comfort Inn & Suites, on the other 4 nights, and This Best a western beat them on all counts. I love that the entire building was non smoking, the breakfast was hot, the rooms were very clean and spacious and modern, and everything worked as it should, except the laundry room dryer. When the laundry didn’t dry due to a faulty machine, the front deck took the wet laundry and popped it into their industrial dryer that they use for sheets as towels for us, and we picked it up a little later and it was perfect. The front desk people were very nice and friendly. I’m very happy with our experience!

Mostly good - the facility is comfortable and clean on the inside. Price is decent. My second or third time staying here and would probably stay again. Breakfast was ok, check-out was smooth.

The grounds around the hotel are in serious need of clean up. Cigarette butts and litter everywhere. This is, of course, the fault of the clients but the hotel needs to take care of the mess. Check-in was a fiasco. Eight parties waiting in line to check in and the person at the desk was a trainee that was in over her head. Her trainer sat next to her sipping on a drink and providing instructions on every aspect of check-in, everything proceeding very slowly. This was no time to be conducting training. It should have been "watch and learn" while people were stacked up and hands-on when it was slower.

The management of the motel was excellent. Kyle was always checking up on things and made sure we were happy. The breakfast was excellent- everything was cooked well and presented nicely - better than most other places.

I think the property could be updated a little better ( ie carpets and beds.)

The hotel is very clean and well kept. It was very well located to Bluffton and Hilton Head, both of which we went to. The food the first morning was good. Maybe it should go beyond 9am. We will likely go back on our next trip.

The shower stalls are extremely slippery. The grab bars are on the opposite side from the control. It is very dangerous to take a shower in the rooms. Maybe grab bars on the sides of the stalls would help. We notified the manager and he said that they are adding mats to the rooms, but one part at a time. Because of the safety issue, it seems it would make safety and liability sense to place mats in all rooms ASAP.

This location was visible from Interstate before exiting and was easy turn in at end of ramp, very visible and receptionist waiting to check us in. Had requested handicap room and we were booked into it. Clean, neat and appropriate room for the night. Breakfast room had a variety of food and plenty for everyone to eat as the manager resupplied some as we ate. Easy back on the interstate for early start to finish our trip. We would definitely stop again when we travel that way.

This exit stop has limited restaurants, or other surrounding businesses in the immediate area, but we found good Mexican food.

This is an accommodation we always stay at when in Hardeeville. Easy access to the property. Comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast and always a good night's sleep. The receptionist was not the best and needs more training. She was not friendly (no smiles) and not as efficient as those who held her position in the past. She was on the cell phone most of the time. Also, the air conditioner at the elevator on the first floor smells pretty bad.

The staff were courteous and attentive. The room was fresh and clean. The pool was beautiful. The location was easy to locate and close to what we wanted to visit.

Unfortunately, when we returned from dinner, the room across the hall clearly had people who were smoking in their room. The hallway which smelled great when we first arrived was no unbearable. The front desk was apologetic, but because the hotel was busy that day, the only remedy they offered was to penalize/charge those guests for breaking the rules. We were able to relieve the issue by placing a blanket at the bottom of our door to stop the smell from drifting in.

Rooms were great, allowed my pet. Great stop traveling through on 95. Convenient. Staff friendly

Breakfast did not start in time and waited to eat before heading out on the road. Was happy it was to start by 6 AM, but was late and not worth waiting for. Neighborhood was a bit iffy, homeless guy in parking lot & a bit iffy to walk dog alone at night or early morning.

This is one of the better hotels we have ever stayed at. It was newly renovated and it was simple but beautiful. Extremely clean. Staff was so nice. This hotel was pet friendly. We were worried that noise and cleanliness would be an issue. It absolutely was not. The only reason to not stay here would be if you maybe have pet allergies. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was not really any restaurants near the hotel. We only saw 2 fast food restaurants. That is not the hotel's fault. Very small town, very quiet. We had to drive quite a way to get a good sit down restaurant, but the hotel was so good we didn't mind. The only thing I would have changed about the hotel itself is there is only a stand up shower, which is great for us, maybe not for small kids, and it had nowhere to put your shampoo and soap in the shower with you. This wouldn't deter us from staying here again. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
