The Hotel was clean and the young man that checked us in was so nice and helpful, I had to change rooms because I needed 2 double beds and it was not a issue. The lobby was clean and cozy. The coffee was hot and breakfast was good. (maybe some more fruit and things for the kids to eat like cereal bars, granola bars) The pretty woman with the long brown hair that was working in the morning was so nice and was very helpful. Great Hotel will defiantly be back.

Ashley Phosphate Road is a nightmare for convenience but the hotel doesn’t control bad SC drivers.

My sister and I booked this room due to it being the best value in the area. Our expectations were very low due to the major price difference at all other local bookings, but we were absolutely blown away how nice our room was. The staff was ultra accommodating and friendly. It was very clean, smelled nice, and felt overall much more high-end than we expected. Close proximity to many fast-food and breakfast offerings. We had a mini fridge, Keurig, hair dryer, and iron / ironing board which was extra convenient for our stay. Overall, we were very pleased.

The view was non-existent (not a big deal). Parking was difficult to find when returning late (holiday weekend). The beaches/attractions were approximately 25-45 minutes driving time, but overall the price was fair for North Charleston.

This hotel is clean and in a decent area. Food is limited in the area but hotel was amazing. We were here for a cruise, only a few minutes away from the port. We checked in later after a long drive. I wasn’t in the best mood but the front desk was not only kind but asked what floor I’d like. I didn’t get his name but he really went above and beyond and made our night so much better. Checked in 8/18 at night, please let this gentlemen know he was awesome! Customer service 10/10.

New hotel so everything clean and staff especially front desk very helpful for negotiating the area and making great suggestions for side trips.We chose N Charleston since downtown area price prohibitive for accomodations.,but able to access all areas by car. Overall comfortable, very nice hotel and very pleased with our accomodations...would stay again if in area

Obviously price but as previously mentioned more affordable than right in Charleston and we also were traveling during March school break so anticipated higher prices during this time

Having traveled several hundred miles so far, Courtyard was a wonderful & pleasant place for an overnight stay. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable too! The room also I included a mini fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer, and the bathroom was stocked with an ample amount of towels & soap. The location is great too, many restaurants and other shops nearby. And it's right next the major highways so Roadtrippers: this is in an easy find! The price was well worth all the amenities & level of care they offer here.

Breakfast ends at 9am, but I wasn't upset about it. It's perfect that the hotel is near other restaurants and cafés!

The facility was clean and quiet. It was cheaper than other hotels, the facility was more than I expected.

The bar/restaurant didn't have very many choices so I chose not to order anything. Needs improvement.

I loved the modern style of the hotel. It was VERY clean and I am very picky about cleanliness. The beds and pillows were comfy. The location was great and super close to the North Charleston Convention Center. The staff was super friendly and helped when needed.

My ONLY complaint is that the breakfast area was not open during our stay and the bar was closed. It was not the end of the world but just disappointing that it was not open. Other than that, that would be my only “complaint”.

front desk NEVER shared ANY info about property. he checked me in and gave me keys. I had to turn on tv and read offerings. I also wanted housekeeping but didn’t know that I was to request it upon checkin. I also didn’t like that my closet had no door or mirror. my friends room had one. Also washcloths were cheap and flimsy which was surprising since I am a Bonvoy member and ONLY stay at Mariott properties. I never had this before. Also front desk was usually not a person standing there.
