The three ladies that worked the front desk this weekend were absolutely fantastic. One the staff members was due to leave soon for the night. Knew that we were having trouble finding a parking spot gave us her parking spot as she was leaving due to others that was searching for spots also. Staff was indeed generous from the very beginning.

There aren’t enough parking spaces. To say you have two very big and popular hotels literally side by side.

The room was extra clean. We were in Charleston for our daughters wedding, so us and several friends/family members stayed here. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Easy check in. Breakfast was great!

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the location. The noise from the interstate was very loud. We stayed in the front part of the hotel/ near the interstate, and you could hear the sirens/traffic.

Nice, clean property - Breakfast was wonderful and staff was friendly and courteous

The location for traffics was pretty awful. The parking situation is atrocious. If you’re not back to the property by 5:30pm you can expect to park in the back and there’s no rear entrance so you need to walk around the entire facility

My wife and I have been fans of Homewood suites since our very first stay 26 years ago for our honeymoon. We love the option of a fully functioning kitchen, private bathroom and sitting area. The staff was super helpful and left no question unanswered.

Very minor…one of the lamps in the room did not work. It would have been nice to have more than 1 usb port for charging devices. Since I need a 3rd sentence…. The eggs were o bland for my taste. Like said from the start..Very minor.

Nice rooms, good breakfast clean facilities. Staff during breakfast was very sweet and helpful.

Manager assigned me the wrong room, when I came back to have it adjusted he was gone and no one was in the office, when the next employee showed up they were unable to assist and said they would have the manager call us the next morning. We reserved a two queen suite and ended up with one king bed. Definitely not ok. Asked to move rooms and they were booked, couldn't offer us another hotel or any solution. Manager was not on site the next day and never called me back. Have called several times and still have not spoken to a manager. The information should have been checked before changing rooms and it was not mentioned nor resolved. Hotel is actually great but this kind of problems makes you never want to come back.

Latisha, the hostess, was super friendly and not in a way that made you feel like she was forced to be nice. She would always greet us with a "Welcome home" and a smile. I also liked the kitchen with the full size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Since we didn't want to spend too much money on eating out, this was super convenient.

This in no way ruined anything, but usually we're up by 8a when we're at home and because this was trip was to visit family we hadn't seen in a couple of years, we stayed up/out later than usual so I wish breakfast ended a little later than 6a-9a. Maybe 10a or 10:30a.

Amenities, Pretty nice motel, pretty clean, modern, clean hallways, nearby restaurants & shopping. Jor & David were friendly at ✔️ in/out. A place to grill by the pool. Nice grill by the way. Game in cookout area. Plenty of seating.

TV on the side of bed. A leaking/dripping sound in the BR that was not fixed. Mis communication w/Jor & Latisha about the room(TV location) & what's on website.. Lack of door separation in suite. B'fast was dried out & not refreshed in timely manner or at all 4/5. I didn't go another day. 1st impression matters.

The lobby is pretty and clean! The room was huge we had room 405 two queen beds and a full size refrigerator! The kitchen area is so nice we used the cooktop to make tea! Super nice! The staff checked in with us during our stay , I appreciate that!

Spacious and clean room, big screen TV, all you would expect, plus a very friendly staff, responding all your needs, Carla M was super nice at breakfast, it is awesome to be greeted early in the morning with a smiley face. Thanks for the comfy stay.

The room was very big, comfortable and clean. The personel in the reseption were very friendly. I also ordered a shuttle to the airport free of charge.

As a vegan the breakfast is the only thing I had a negative experience with. There were not very many options, neither plantbased milk, youghurt or cheese.
