1. Martha when we checked in was AH-MAZING! 2. The breakfast was really good and the staff were all very nice and helpful. 3. Showers were wonderful. My hair felt incredible afterwards! 4. I loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower as well as the hand soap by the sink. It was nice to see that they don’t go cheap. 5. Air conditioners were good and cold as was the fridge.

1. I wasn’t able to communicate with any of the staff that cleans the rooms. On several occasions I needed something and they were in the hall so I tried but they were zero help. I would suggest giving them a work phone with a translating app to communicate at any time with guests. 2. I also wished there were more soda options than what was available.

The breakfast selection and quality was a very positive surprise. Ready-made omelettes, just the right size. Plenty of options. Fresh oatmeal. Good coffee. Chobani and another choice of yogurts. Thank you. Nice Keurig machine. The check-in person was personable. The late night person was great - didn't get his name. The early morning checkout lady was extremely pleasant. It seems rare these days to have such lovely people providing service with a smile.

Room decor rather dull and bland. Dark gray colors. No interesting art on walls. The room smelled clean, but clean like a freshener scent had been sprayed. Booking.com turned out to be unreliable, unhelpful, hung up on me when I tried to find out why your hotel had no reservation for me. After almost 2 hours on the phone talking with many people, it was finally discovered Booking.com had misspelled my last name - after I had repeated it at least three times. I would advise IHG to cease having a business relationship with Booking.com. Very unpleasant experience. I thought I was booking directly with IHG to begin with. Will have to be more careful with future bookings.

Our room was very clean and smelled nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable and my wife really enjoyed the unusual chase lounge type chair. We had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast. It was refreshing to see that the front desk was manned at all times, there was no waiting for someone to pop out from a back room when we had a question or checkout. A very enjoyable night.

I understand that space is limited but there are only four exercise machines in the fitness center. I will say they were well chosen.

The breakfast was hot and delicious. A varity of food. The bathrooms were spotless. Not one speck of mold in the shower or on the shower curtain. We checked for bed bugs and discovered they had the mattress encased in a bed bug protector. It was spotless under the bed and headboard area also. The bed was very comfortable. They supplied full size Dove products in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash and lotion. It was so good.

That the pool was outside and it was a little too cool to swim. That really doesn't reflect bad on the hotel tho, you just asked what I didn't like. And this was the only thing.

Front staff was very nice. Accommodated us with an early check in. Room was very clean and large.

The price from booking.com wasn't the same as tge hotel. The hotel charged me about $45 more.

Breakfast was nice. Parking was easily accessible, and the location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The market didn’t offer any cold drinks. Just a coke vending machine. It would be nice to be able to purchase some snacks and cold drinks other than soda.

Was very surprised of the $200 deposit. Which was not mention, during time of making reservations. Someone had a dog 2 doors down. That bark constantly. Their room was in the center of others. They should been moved to room from others. I Love dogs it should been more comfortable 😊

We wanted to be near Charleston Southern University, so location was great for us. Also, the value was great compared to other hotels we looked at. The rom was spacious enough to allow for some work at the desk. Enjoyed and used the mini fridge. We did not use the breakfast or other facilities.

I like that the hotel was located near multiple food locations and a mall.

There was an issue that occurred with the room booked but the front desk agent assisted me to the best of his ability and was very kind while doing so.

Clean spacious room. Area felt Very safe. Easy parking. Washer/Dyer conveniently located on each level. Staff was very helpful. Starbucks was just like 2 mins away walking.
