This is probably the best hotel experience I had. The hotel decoration is very modern, staffs are very friendly. It's very clean, and very environmentally friendly. All lights are LED, the shampoo, conditioner, etc are all in nice containers which avoids all those little plastic bottles. It also has drinking fountain in the hallway to reduce plastic water bottles as well. Facilities such as games, nice chairs, pool tables, and even the bulletin board, all give a warm and welcoming feel. Highly recommended.

We came here after leaving our originally booked hotel which was dirty, and very uncomfortable. The staff was so welcoming, kind, and apologetic for our luck. The location was perfect. 10m from the beach and downtown. They let us check in early, and made sure we were comfortable after having trouble with our first hotel. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Front lobby was our favorite part. So many comfy spots to relax, a pool table, and refreshments. The pool was clean, and well kept.

Breakfast was okay. Standard hotel breakfast. I wish they had a couple more proteins. They only had turkey sausage.

Location was great. The building and property was clean and manicured. my husband enjoyed the pancake maker.

The pillows were terrible. We had to get extras to be comfortable. I believe that they are feather pillows which do not keep their shape very well. Also, I thought that the free breakfast was very limited. only four hot options and lots of cold and room temperature options. it would nice to have cheese or salsa or some type of toppings for your eggs and grits . Just not as nice as many of the other Hilton property breakfast have been. We were also disappointed that there was no microwave or coffee maker in our room.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We were greeted by an amazing employee (I wish I could remember his name) and they even gave us welcome bags. Never had that at any hotel ever. The room was cozy, comfortable, and at a great location. Only about 5 to 15 mins from the beach and different shops. This will definitely be our go to hotel for our beach trip each year.

We loved everything

The staff after the initial checking in. The front desk person wasn't very friendly and rushed me through while checking in even though I was the only one there. Later, the desk people were very friendly and answered my questions about the hotel. They also greeted me returning to the hotel from short trips. The morning staff was also very helpful and friendly which made my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good and the eggs, sausage, and hot cakes were keep hot.

Check in was not very friendly and did not seem concerned about what room that I wanted. I ended up with a room facing the highway on the top floor. I had a lot of valuable items in my vehicle for a trade show and could not check on it by at least looking through the window. As a result, I did not sleep well until the next day when merchandise was safely at the trade show.

The hotel smelled clean as soon as we walked inside (this is HUGE for me). The halfways smelled fresh (aslo HUGE for me), and the room was very clean (and yes, that's HUGE!!! to me). All of the staff were very nice and friendly (I LOVE great customer service).

My husband and daughter said the breakfast wasn't grand, but I'll take an ok breakfast (which it was fine to me), over a clean room.

We were able to check in a 1/2 hour early without a problem, the lobby smelled clean, the staff was really lovely! The room was extremely clean. Hot breakfast items were much appreciated!

None of these things are deal breakers... I would stay at this hotel again! The rooms are on the smaller side- there is a small desk with 2 chairs. We could hear our upstairs "neighbors" in the morning and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly! I liked having the coffee or tea available and breakfast. I like the atmosphere of the lobby.

We had a very noisy group of baseball kids around us who were running down the halls, knocking on doors, and screaming and it was very loud in the room. We did not report it though so that is really not the hotel’s fault, but a sound machine in the rooms might be nice addition.

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms reminds me of a cute small studio apartment, I love the bold vibrant colors, love the soap, body wash, and body lotion dispensers. It has a really modern look to it.

There isn’t much that I did not like about this hotel, except for the fact that there isn’t microwaves inside the rooms.

The location was great, breakfast was phenomenal in comparison to other hotels, the staff was absolutely accommodating for a last minute late check-out due to a work-related wedding issue, and all staff was friendly.

No closets, I don't like the hang-up clothes on the wall hooks amenity, but I understand it's a floor plan/space issue. Wasn't wild about lack of floor space since no closet, all bags were around the bed and that created some interesting walking challenges. Overall though, I would stay here again.
