Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Space in the suite was good for family of 4-5. Location was excellent. Space was very clean. Good variety of breakfast foods. Good value for cost.

Pool was down entire stay for update. The breakfast area had electrical issues entire stay with breakers going down and many components not useable such as toaster, microwave and waffle iron. Bed pillows and Wifi are in need of upgrades.

I liked the proximity to stores, restaurants, gas stations and my work sites. I like that the grounds and facilities were clean. Fast check-in, friendly check-in service. Even though the room I booked was not available.

Breakfast attendants were never on time to have breakfast started at designated time. Attendant would arrive 1 hour before the time breakfast was to end. Attendant ended breakfast at regular time. Even after arriving late. Multiple guest waiting in breakfast area for someone to start the breakfast. The room only had 2 towels and 2 rags. I booked for 5 people. When I went to the front desk to get extra towels. The front desk attendant did not want to give me enough rags & towels for all my guests.

Customer service was excellent from the night I checked in until I checked out. They were professional and very courteous!

The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were great for the price. The only downside to the property was it’s listed as non smoking however the smell of smoke on the elevator and hallways were strong. I’m sure some tenants did not abide by the given nonsmoking rules. Not totally the hotel fault.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and totally worth it. Not to mention the indoor pool was fun and the front desk was very helpful.

The Ac had to be on full blast to cook the room but it got cool none the less. The fridge took so long to cool everything in it that we brought.

I liked that the bathroom was kept clean as possible and it was newer. I enjoyed the mini sitting area.

I didn’t like that the AC made a tremendous amount of sound. I didn’t like the key to try and enter the room because it took a few tries and had to figure out which way it was supposed to go.

The lady at the front desk Andrea was the epiphany of what customer service should be like, she was always smiling and she ensured that all our needs was met. The rooms were lovely and the staff was very respectful I would recommend this place to people with kids.

I was a little sad about the pool the chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyes and made it a little uncomfortable to continue swimming but other than that there's really nothing bad to say about this place

Our flight was delayed and were very tired and exhausted when we got there our children but the hospitality from the front desk alone help us to calm. Staff was very professional throughout our stay and really appreciate their valuable services. Rooms were clean

1. They charge a damage deposit fee of $150, which is not indicated when booking. It is not a hold. Your card is actually charged $150 and refunded upon checking out. 2. The “comforter” was not thick at all. So you may want to bring one if you like heavy comforters.

Breakfast was not good, staff member knocked on my door and before I could answer he opened my door.. He tried to explain he was checking to see if someone was in this room for checking in purposes...he could have called the room

Check in was quick and easy. Person at the desk was very pleasant. We arrived late, our room was ready. Room was big. Clean and comfortable.

Some of the outlets did not charge our electronics. All worked out. Charged in the care.
