I liked the breakfast. It was hot and fresh daily and they even had grits. Most hotels don't and I love grits. The view was nice because we had the corner room. The location was good.

I didn't like the fact it had a broken door where the refrigerator was (it was fixed), the dead bug on the floor when I checked in, and the motorcycle traffic on Saturday night (we had the corner room)

The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the fresh fruit; it was a well-organized eating area. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful. I loved the pool side because it was child friendly with pool toys that could be shared by all. This hotel allowed pets and did not smell like animals. This was great for my allergies. The view and Florence area was awesome.

The property was exceptionally clean and secure. The Staff went out of their way to help us into our room. They greeted us warmly and were very professional during our stay. The breakfast was awesome. I would look to continue to stay at this property in the future.

The parking area was secured by a bar gate only. We were parked away from the property and walked a fair distance to get back to the hotel.

Would like to change it up a little....main food scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage...what about a pan of ham,"real" potatoes, cheese mix...already made pancakes or waffles...

Our place was busy, with only one waffle maker, we had to wait a while..

It was close to the hospital I was about to have surgery at it was clean staff was very helpful and super friendly I'll definitely stay there again in a few weeks when I have to go back to the doctor.

Well I'm pretty sure the person before us had a dog in the room because my mother had a severe allergic reaction only happens when dogs have been around and on the bedding that she sleeping on so that was kind of a bummer. Besides that the stay was pretty well

loved the location, the balcony on the second floor was very relaxing. room was good and clean. all of the staff were so nice helpful and welcoming! best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel (I actually ate)😂

Location was great, breakfast was great. Room was very clean.

No napkins anywhere. No dishes or silverware. The room was for up to 4 but had two glasses and only 2 coffee cups. There was supposed to be a roll in shower. Tub was a bit high for a handicap person.

Parking was far. I have a medical condition that makes walking difficult. Valet parking would have made it more comfortable
