The remodeled rooms...... Just wonderful. This was a solo trip for me. The hotel is old, but the owners are working very hard to remodel this hotel. The price was great. It is rated a 2 star, but I have stayed in 4 stars, and I liked this one better. Comfort, where can I begin. A lovely little kitchen with microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and full size refrigerator!!! A comfortable queen bed, a table with 2 chairs, even a recliner. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Really, really a great place to stay. Highly recommend. I will be going back, for sure.

The hallways and elevator decor are very old. Livable. As far as I'm concerned, the importance was the room appearance and comfort. Passed all tests. Really had a good, comfortable stay.

Location was convenient and quiet; parking was great; staff was very friendly and very accommodating; nice size room - loved the fact that we could open the window and get fresh air! Kitchen amenities (stove, microwave, fridge) worked great!

Could have been a lot cleaner overall; not enough luggage carts available. Unaware of whether or not breakfast was being served - dining room under construction. VERY limited dishes utensils available, and by request only.

The hotel room itself and inside the hotel was spotless and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Full sized refrigerator and kitchenette. Dog friendly

What I didn’t like about the hotel was not the hotels fault. There were a lot of guests that were always outside the hotel doing drugs. smoking weed right outside in the open, blunt shavings everywhere and I even found and reported a used needle in the parking lot. The other guests would approach me and I was afraid to go outside by myself, especially at night. I was approached several times and hit on by some very unsavory individuals.

Best was the room's cleanliness and how quiet the hotel was. There was never a wait for service from the front desk either. The room had lots of amenities too, like a mini-kitchenette, stove-top, etc., and plenty of floor space. The Wifi worked smoothly too, password written on the key cover.

The only regrettable things were that the hotel does not offer a breakfast in the morning, not even coffee in the lobby! Also, when I tried to come in a side door at night by using my room key to open the door, the side door turned green but did not open. That's a minor thing because the front door is not at all distant from the side door, forty yards maybe.

A nice clean hotel and an excellent value. Spacious suites and a full kitchen. It was well staffed and the people were always around the front desk if you needed them. The location was good in the Midtown area. I was able to walk to several restaurants

There was no breakfast. This was OK in the end because you save money on the room rate. Which is my main concern I guess since you have a full kitchen you can make food in your room which turned out to be fine. But it is nice to go down in the morning for breakfast and get a coffee and some juice

I can not say enough good about this place. I had an emergency where I needed somewhere to stay for a week, and this was the perfect location and accommodations for me. I’ll always be grateful that this was a safe place for me to be in. The staff is kind and the room was nice, clean, and perfect for staying longer than one night.

For the cost I wasn’t expecting this stay to be as good as it was. I cook all of my own food so finding a full refrigerator with freezer/ice maker and two top stove that is still a decent hotel is tough a lot of times. This hotel didn’t have the normal extended stay feel. It isn’t a 5 star don’t expect that but for the value it surely surprised me.

kitchen had no pans and if you wanted them at the front they charge you $25.00! I totally understand why because stuff gets stolen but we should not be charged $25.00 unless you don’t return them. You have a $150.00 deposit which is supposed to returned after checkout and the check the room but still haven’t got it back. We left the room perfect. Checked out yesterday and the morning girl at the front desk said as soon as they check the room the would email me but seriously was was to busy talking on her personal phone and not really paying attention !

Close to everything. Within 3 miles in most cases. Staff was friendly and the room was new or newer and very clean.

Just a couple things. The girl art the counter checking me in was training another girl( no problem with that) bit was also on the phone with a friend having a full conversation during the 10 minutes I was checking in. No a big deal but just unprofessional and wasn't comfortable with it. Also you have to give a days notice if you want your room cleaned. I didn't know this so when I wanted my room cleaned and freshed up for the last day of my stay I was informed of that. They did make an exception when I asked them to but was not offered first. Again small things, and I would stay again.

It was in a good location and it was clean.

I had to wait for the front desk person to check me into my room. I waited for about 15 minutes. There was a sign to call a number and when I did call said number a lady answered and I told her I was there to check in and she hung up on me…I waited for another 10 minutes and they finally showed up to check me into my room.
