The property was very nice. It was clean and in a very convenient location. We loved being close to the Coligny plaza and also very close to the beach!

The entire reason I picked this resort to stay at instead of one of the beachfront locations was because the pool with the lazy river and especially the splash pad and kid pool area. I have a 1 year old that had never been to the beach so I wanted to have the splash pad in case she hated the beach. Well, the splash pad was broken the ENTIRE time of our stay, the whole 6 days. I understand things happen but this was just extremely frustrating given it was the whole reason we stayed here…

Everything was excellent! Great stay!

Internet was very slow. An increase in internet speed would be helpful. There was a small leak in the shower stall faucet and the toilet needs to be looked at. The toilet tank refill appears to need attention. These two bathroom items are very minor and just need a quick repair.

Everything was provided that we needed, and the location to the pool area was wonderful. The condo was very roomy, and spacious. The close proximity to Coligny and the surrounding food and shopping, was definitely a plus.

The internet was slower than desired. Also, there needs to be a pool monitor, or cameras. There were several kids jumping into the lazy river, that almost hit other kids, and adults just trying to float and relax. There were also kids in the pool/lazy river area with those torpedo water guns, trying to hit their own family members, but were hitting innocent vacationers also. Otherwise, the trip was wonderful.

The property location was perfect for our stay. Close to local attractions, walking distance to the beach, the resort offered daily activities for the guest. The staff was extremely hospitable. The rooms had all of your basic necessities included. The room was modern and beautiful. The pool area is great and large enough to where you have plenty of room to enjoy yourself.

Parking was a bit challenging, seems like a larger parking area is needed. The sofa and the bed pillow cases had spray suntan all over them. The walkways near the rooms could use a good pressure washing.

The unit we stayed in was brand new! It was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The resort had MANY activities to choose from and was a short distance to restaurants, the grocery store, and most importantly…the beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay here every visit if we could!

Paper thin walls. Could hear the unit next to us talking and they were not talking that loud. There was also running in the unit above us for most of the day. If I can tell my child to be mindful of those below us, I feel like others should do the same.

The location was perfect, near the beach and stores. The kids really loved the free golf cart rides to the beach. The pool was lovely and very relaxing. Lovely place - will definitely stay again.

Each condo gets two parking spots. One in front of the building and another a bit further away. We had two condo's so we had two parking spots in front of the building, and two further away. In the afternoons we could not find any parking in front of our building and had to go park at the front entrance. Which was annoying, but do able. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn't take any action or show empathy. That was a little bit more disappointing. But that was really the only bad thing - otherwise the place was awesome.

It's not on the beach but it's a short bike ride to the beach. We love being near Coligny and all the stuff that it has to offer. I also love the pool at Coral Sands.

The pool water was way too warm. I don't know if they're heating it but if you are please stop in the middle of the summer. If you're not heating it then I guess it's just the heat of the Sun and there's nothing you can do about it. Our pool back home here in South Carolina doesn't get that warm so if you like maybe they're heating it to some degree.

greeting was too much information for a weary traveler, selling etc, discounts on things. I would have been happier to have a refreshing glass of ice water and exact directions to my room. Also, the outside bar/restaurant was not open (seasonable) but it was swimming weather (4/25) and there were plenty of people poolside. There was no restaurant or even snack area available. At least provide the minimal machine snacks and drinks. I was asked to wash and dry my beach towels. I would think that would be part of housekeeping with other bathroom towels?

The condo was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we didn't need to buy any cleaning products. Communication from the resort before and during checkin was clear and helpful. The resort amenities are great for families, you almost wouldn't need to leave. Coligny Beach and the playground are both a quick walk away. The location is close to everything you need but surprisingly quiet. The resort was so family friendly and offered several activities through the week (some at an additional cost).

Loved the family friendliness! The kids loved the pools, awesome grilled cheese and fries at the pool lounge and extra activities provided. It was close to a kids park and the beach... all walking distance even with a toddler in tow.

The pools needed skimming for all the bugs and leaves and some pieces of trash other patrons had let fall in (straws, and such).
