The room was super clean and nice. Great location. The entire hotel smelled good. The roof top pool was beautiful. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Hilton Head out of the many I have stayed.

They had no free breakfast. However, A restaurant right in front of the hotel and we went out the hotel front door right into the restaurant for the breakfast. The restaurant had great breakfast. I have stayed at other hotels that had free breakfast, but it was not as nice of a hotel as this one. It was okay not to have free breakfast.

The location is great. The staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were clean.

One elevator broke while we were there. The peep hole in our door was installed upside down and could not be closed. We were told that if we put dirty towels outside our door, clean ones would be placed outside our door and that did not happen. We were there 3 days. We were able to receive what we needed from the front desk, such as, coffee, towels, etc. I believe we were in room 210. I was unable to access the internet.

This hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a great location walking distance to the beach, shopping, and tons of great dining options. The roof top pool and bar was so much fun. The bar tender Chad was great and made me a frozen drink I found online called wedding cake. They also have fires setup on the roof at night time which was very relaxing.

The only thing we did not like about our stay here is the mattress was very uncomfortable, it almost felt old and hollow in the middle but that could just be a personal preference. Also the pillows weren’t great either but again that could just be personal preference or just the room we had.

We like fresh coffee early but the cafe doesn’t open until 7. In room coffee pots are not very good.

We loved the size of the room for our family of 4. The location was perfect! Not on the beach but so close- 5 min walk. The entire staff was also fantastic and very welcoming!

Overall it was clean. However, there was hair in the shower- on the ledges, walls and floors and it really grossed me out. Didn't seem like the bathroom was as clean as it could of been prior to our arrival. We also could not get comfortable. The AC temp was on but the room would not cool down which made for long sleepless nights the 5 nights we were there.

The location was perfect, in walking distance of a beautiful public beach and great restaurant options and shops. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained. The rooftop bar, patio and pool were a huge selling point and not to be missed. We had a spectacular stay and would book this hotel again.

The laundry room had a lot of sand on the floor and in the dryer filters. Management should show housekeeping staff how to vacuum the dryer filters to get that sand out.

The breakfast was not as advertised on booking.com. the location was great.

The biggest disappointment was the fact there was no coffee until 6:30 and you had to pay for it. The room coffee was terrible. So we had to find a 24 hour store for coffee because we are early risers.

The hotel was very clean, New in appearance, and the staff was great. The beds were also very soft and comfortable.

It was kind of the little things like I looked around the room for a pen and couldn't find one, but for the most part, the hotel was a pleasant stay.

One of 2 elevators was out of order. Long wait times. Only option for Breakfast at the hotel was a Starbucks that was extremely overpriced. $5 for a plain coffee!
