Steven’s apartment was very nice and clean. A lot of places do not provide towels anymore but he made sure that there were more than enough. We had everything that we needed and there were grocery stores/shopping areas and restaurants across the street. It felt good to be able to sit outside on the terrace without having to worry about bugs. Also, he was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. He responded immediately and was very accommodating. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and he even provided us with easy access to what we needed for the pool and beach. I also loved the fact that we could purchase ice at the gate and that there was more than one pool. There was even a nice indoor pool area.

The only real issues were the elevator and the trash cans on the outside, which had nothing to do with the actual place that we stayed in. The trash cans around the property were always full and were overflowing.

The kids' room was amazing for our family size. The kid beds were cozy, and the decor throughout made you feel like it's "beach time." We love the beach supplies located in your storage shed (umbrella, chairs, wagon, kid toys, etc and the location to the beach was such a great plus! It's close to dumpsters for trash removal and right by the elevators, so luggage and groceries were a breeze to take up and down. The screened in porch was a great addition to the outside area. Bring your own coals because a grill IS on site! EXCELLENT VALUE FOR LOCATION OF PROPERTY! **We give this property a 4 out of 5 & would DEFINITELY visit again or Recommend to a friend!**

Let me just say....ANY problems (if you encounter any), Steve is "Johnny on the Spot"! Very responsive to any call. Loved the location. To get to the beach, you walk on a boardwalk over a salt marsh. It is a bit of a walk, but beautiful. There is a shuttle if you need it. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. I loved that this location is not in the middle of town. We cooked all of our meals. There is a place to buy fresh seafood about 1/2 mile away. You can rent bikes at the location. I would definitely recommend this for families.

Easy code don't have to worry about a key. place is cute. The balcony is screened in very nice for night relaxing.

Email for the code to the room was late but I thing it was just a one time mistake. In the future I will definitely be more aware of entry process. Also the master bed could use an update slopes to the middle. Water pressure was low.

The property has two outdoor pools and one indoor with a hot tub which was great. Also loved they’re open all the time as opposed to hotel pools. Condo was comfy. Little grill and bar on premises was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Condo could just use a couple upgrades (ex. broken towel rack in master). Also a little bit of a walk to the beach but the boardwalk is very nice.

The staff at the gatehouse were helpful and very pleasant. The owner of the condo was wonderful. He promptly responded to any questions we had. The place itself was a delight. We had all the amenities we could ask for and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back myself.

We loved the property layout and the facilities were well kept. Access to surrounding activities was excellent. The downside is the lengthy walk over to the ocean. This created a once a day situation. Would recommend more access to the shuttle. Extending the hours.

The condo was very clean, had a great layout and was stocked with many things we needed which was a wonderful surprise.

I absolutely loved this resort, our room, and the owner of the apartment! He was wonderful and helped out with everything I needed!

It was difficult to navigate where everything is at the resort first, but once you get to know where everything is it is much easier!

Unit was very comfortable, home feel to it. Great location. Loved the pools, hot tub and access to the beach. Storage unit with beach chairs and buggy was nice touch.
