I loved everything !! I am very picky on where I stay everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. This Hotel is so beautiful, the artwork on the walls are so beautiful . This hotel gives you a comfort feeling of home away from home the beds are so soft I didn’t want to get up lol. The cleanliness was immaculate, the staff is amazing and the front desk clerk was so welcoming and made me feel like family. I believe her name is Melinda the other front desk clerk was nice as well I didn’t catch her name because we only spoke briefly she was amazing as well. I had a chance to me one other staff her name is Margret such a beautiful soul. Will be back a thousand times more . I just want to thank all staff again for the beautiful weekend experience .

Overall design and aesthetic was beautiful I work for Accor so i wanted to stay somewhere that fit my liking and standards it was perfect ! The art work was phenomenal my favorite part

Gym was meh .. thought since everything was nice th e gym would have been better the hours of the restaurant was weird either just opened or closed wanted to try . Wish there was a pool courtyard was big with nothing in it

location, service and ARTWORK all great. only negative was experience at restaurant. food was good. server was great. hostest initial response to my wife and I sitting outside - I have cancer and am not allowed to eat inside, which I explained.- was very terse and not accommodating. turns out just an issue of cleaning a table. Hostest got flat footed and just didn't know how to respond graciously.

Everything the Staff and checking in was excellent friendly great location the restaurant has excellent food and the bartender Linda she was awesome the Beds were so comfortable the rooms was so clean.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But I do have a suggestion for the Restaurant it should be open till 10pm on Friday and Saturday

The Art in the Lobby is exceptional. The front desk worker Nickey was very pleasant and professional. There was a restaurant, bar, and beautiful courtyard. Cleanliness off the charts. For the price, it was well worth it Great place and location in a small town.

My room was near the elevator. I asked for a room change. Not changed.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. In-house Bistro is a plus. The artwork inside gives the feeling of sleeping inside an art museum. It is beautifully eclectic.

Pillows are very flat. Table and chairs where you eat continental breakfast are not comfortable. This needs to be addressed.

Location was close to stores. We didn't have to travel far and some places were in walking distance. And the hostess Erica was a true delight and made us feel like family.

No exhaust fans in the bathroom in the room and the room needed to be a little more sound proof. It was like the people in the hall and in their room was in my room.

Everything the staff was great Erica and Nikki were very helpful, truly showed southern hospitality. The restaurant inside the hotel, the food was wonderful and the location of the hotel was wonderful you could just walk down main Street to all the other shops.

My stay wasn't long enough

Everything - service, cleaniness, dinner, bar, the kindness and friendliness of the Registrant/Desk Clerk. She was exceptional. The location was superb and the main reason I booked the room since I never stayed there before.

Breakfast. The eggs were not good at all. There should have been a microwave to heat the muffins.

Hotel was very eye appealing, easy to locate and the rate wasn’t bad either.

Traveling all day with two toddlers, I wanted to get to the hotel, relax and dine in without leaving. Restaurant and bar were closed. Staff acted as if I was crazy to ask about purchasing an alcoholic beverage. Was told there was a Mexican restaurant next door, food and service was very poor there. I felt like it was a ghost hotel and the fact the my toddlers were acting like toddlers was unacceptable.
