The facility is excellent. It is beautifully appointed and well kept. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We peaked in at the breakfast and it looked wonderful...but we had a nostalgic appointment with a favorite spot from years before.

The only criticism I have regards the shower. Anytime one needs to print directions on how to use a shower that is a good sign it has been over-engineered. With the push-in valve it was hot enough for me, but my wife found the heat level inadequate. Still, it was not an impediment to our trip at all.

The carved wood doors were a conversation piece. The location was not as close to the Marsh walk itself as we thought. We thought within walking distance but would've been better with bikes. Not the resort's fault. Just stating for other travelers to know. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Staff was great. The staff for the restaurant and bar next door were also very nice. Great atmosphere and you definitely feel like you're in a very beachy state of mind plus all the luxury.

Everything was top shelf. I wish all hotels and motels had a quiet time 10 p.m.-7 a.m. Plus signs no running in the hallway because guests may be resting. Daily breakfast from 7-10:30 and housekeeping daily if needed. They don't charge a daily fee or nickel and dime you to pieces its 1 fee first day. Extra blankets and pillows are in the room. You have a awning on your window and screens and can open the window up more than a inch.

Nothing except we have to go back to our home.

I think the greatest asset here is its people, from reception to cleaning personnel the whole atmosphere is great, you get the sense that they are glad to serve, not simply doing their jobs. Denise is simply wonderful and made us feel like we have known her for a long time! Got there 3hrs before checking time but was quickly attended to and given our room no problem at all. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the shower has 5 jets and is amazing. Lots of blankets in the room, our 2 teens used the twin mattresses while we pulled out the sofa bed and all of us were comfortable. Area is well lit, free and plentiful parking, very quiet which makes for great sleep. Not too far from the beach like 25min put us at the Surfside beach. Totally enjoyed this and will return whenever in the area.

Nothing really

the location is excellent. It is away from the frenzy of Myrtle Beach in a residential area of Murrells Inlet. the seafood restaurant area is a mile to the north, and other casual family and fine dining just south of the lodge. the facilities are better than excellent. Each room is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner surface cooktop and dishwasher and flat screen tv. Bath shower is 5 nozzle shower system. Beautiful wainscot walls and wide plank flooring en-suite. There is an exceptional lobby, surrounded courtyard, clean and inviting breakfast area with bacon and eggs, breads and bagels, cereals and more with an attentive hostess. The staff was pleasant, welcoming and professional. To top it off, the price is less the most “normal” motels, the place is squeaky clean and quiet, even though on Business 17. We could say more, but you get the idea. The Inlet Sports Lodge will be our go to location in the Myrtle Beach area from now on.

Can’t think of a thing.

Location was nestled and had beautiful trees flowers and landscaping. The location was on a road near about 20 restaurants but far enough away to have tranquility. The entire staff from the manager to the housekeeping were incredibly nice friendly the breakfast in the morning was your normal toast ,waffle maker some scrambled eggs and yogurt ECT.

Everything was great

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Every staff member we met went above and beyond for us. We loved the room and housekeeping deserves a HUGE shoutout as they did a spectacular job. Every staff member we spoke to knew the area well and made excellent suggestions. We visited Huntington Beach and Brookgreen Gardens at their recommendation and it was absolutely fabulous! I left feeling like we've found our new family vacation spot for the foreseeable future!

Knowing this was our first stay at this privately owned facility wasn’t sure what to expect. We were so pleased with all aspects of this hotel, it will definitely be our location for this region in the future. Accommodating, clean, safe, breakfast, location, all great.

Couldn’t really complain with anything. We asked for two twin beds, and they accommodated that request, although my wife felt her mattress wasn’t that comfortable, I personally had no complaint

The room was a very nice size. The bed was very comfortable . It was nice having a standup fridge. My only complaint is : The floor was dirty because my feet got dirty walking on it. They were a laminate floor. Other than that, breakfast was good.

The floor was dirty, I didn’t were flip flops in there and my feet were dirty. That was a little gross.

The location is excellent for visiting a choice of beaches, the Huntington Beach State Park, the Brookgreen Gardens and delicious restaurants, all within a short drive from the Myrtle Beach Airport. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The AC worked flawlessly, and we could turn it off at night to open the windows and enjoy the ocean air.

The bedrooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable, although the mattresses in our room were more soft than we prefer.
