Location Food and drinks on 2th floor bar excellent . Breakfast was very good. Everything looks clean only needs improved a little.

Needs a little bit of work. Like fixing some things Rack of the balcony sliding door was broken. The inside Pool look dirty.

I loved the location, price was great and staff was very friendly. There was an issue with the toilet & when I called the front desk to get the issue resolved, maintenance came right away & the front desk personnel apologize for the inconvenince.

I didn't like that my room was dusty. Housekeeping need to ensure they are dusting.

I liked the room itself and how comfortable it was.

The sink and tub did not drain well/ very very slow

I loved it was right on the beach. The beds were actually pretty comfy. The refrigerator in our room actually kept drinks cold.

It could use some updating, but its not horrible. Also, I know it was a partial view of the ocean, it just would have been nicer to be up a floor or two. There was a huge palm tree that blocked most of the view on our 2nd floor room. The line to check in at 4 is absolutely insane. But if you register early around noon, they should have your room ready. We didn't have a problem, but others did.

Liked restaurants being onsite. Breakfast buffet was way more than we expected and so affordable. I LOVED the wrist band keys!!! That was ingenious!!! No more keeping key card away from electronics or fumbling for them in purses n etc!! We wore our wristbands all day and night because they are waterproof so need to take off not even to shower!!! Best thing ever. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Location. Seems like that end is not the happening spot anymore and things like attraction n amusement Park- Funplex has been added near boardwalk that draws people to that area rather than this area where Family Kingdom is. Family kingdom was dead during my stay. Nothing else to walk to. Elevator 3 stayed off during my 4 day stay until Sunday. The waits were long. Ice maker didn't work took 3 days to get someone to fix. Didn't like the full size beds think they should atleast provide queens.

There are many hot tubs, but the majority did not work and doing our stay they were not repaired. Also, this is not just compass cove but ALLL HOTELS AND RESORTS. When you have a couple or family, and they stay you charge us for our room being serviced. To me it's the suite being cleaned well no one comes in and clean. Why the charge hotels / resorts? Last but not least we wanted to book for next year same time same channel until the expected price increase is 100% yes, it is supposed to double what we paid this trip RIDCULOUS.

The ocean view was awesome, beautiful sunset over looking the balcony, our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was very nice! Full kitchen, nice size bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dinette area, washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, ice maker, electric stove, microwave, cabinet space & lighting, USB ports in the bathrooms & living rooms, plenty of towels daily. The Compass Rose Restaurant had “oh my God delicious breakfast” daily, the Tiki Bar & Restaurant drinks & food delicious‼️ Our stay was awesome too enjoy…I cannot forget about the beautiful beach & Family Kingdom Amusement Park was nice, brought back memories with the rides they had & my nephews & nieces had a ball…it was worth the price. We will be back soon‼️ We arrived about 3pm & front desk gave us passes to use all their facilities & amenities while we waited for our rooms to be cleaned. Our rooms was ready by 4:30pm…Front Desk & Registration was very polite & professional. We totally enjoyed our 5 nights 6 days stay at the Compass Cove Resort…👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼😃

The only complaint was when you call for anything concern’n any issue by house phone front desk doesn’t answer or I had an assistant by text; they did answer by text but same response…no action, except you visit them in person & my issues was met immediately.

Was a quiet spot. Beach was clean. Nice condo. Balcony was awesome and large enough for whole family. Loved the person that txt us each day to check on us and let us know what was going on at the property. So helpful

We ran out of towels each day and toilet paper and paper towel. Not enough dish soap etc. nobody came in to sweep floors as we tracked in sand and grime from outside. They said they didn’t clean but only refreshed the towels and toilet paper. Nobody took trash. There were piles of trash to walk over outside the condos. I was charged a cleaning fee for each day I was there. No cleaning happened tho. There was one worker by the pools who yelled at the children ALOT. He seemed very uptight and a little rude.

The location, only a little over a mile from the airport. It was great to have several pools including the indoor pool area, hot tub, and jacuzzi, and lazy river plus easy access to the beach! We loved the easy access to Compass Rose (breakfast, delicisous!), the gift shop, and the Crow's Nest. The pool DJ kept it lively at the pool (we stayed in the Schooner Building). Comfortable beds. The staff was hospitable and helpful. I would stay again upon another visit. This was our first time. Glad for a room with an ocean view.😎 ✨Also please note: The Resort is NOT on a bus line and not close to the Free Entertainment Shuttle stops, so if you don't have a car, be prepared to pay for a rideshare. This was not expensive, so we had no problem using a rideshare.

The one thing that needs to occur on a daily is the cleaning staff to make sure clean towels and toilet paper are provided each day. I had to go get towels and tissue from the front desk, so if I pay for cleaning each day, it should be provided. : This is very important when you are traveling with family. .

The beds slept good. The bed linens were nice and clean which is a must! The entertainment in our building was fun and the breakfast buffet in the main building was fabulous! Plenty to do on the premises. The view was amazing. All in all I was pleased with my stay and if all the rooms are as clean as mine was, I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and to the maintenance guy that tried to fix the kitchen light. He even brought us a lamp to use.

The door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and close. The couch was not comfortable at all. The overhead kitchen light didn't work. The light over the bathroom sink only worked occasionally. And I did kill one roach in the bathroom. Where there's one roach, there's more roaches!!! The dining room table and chairs was pretty beat up.
