I loved the room set-up, loved the pools and tiki hut! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very convenient access to the beach too!

I didn’t love the fact that 1/3 of the people at the pool/hot tub were from another resort and when I asked about it I was told that Paradise is a sister resort of Compass Cove. Then was told that they could use all of the amenities at Paradise but we could not use the amenities at Compass Cove. If both resorts are owned by the same person, both should get the same treatment.

Everyone working there was so friendly, from the front desk to the tiki hut and the plumbers that came to help us with a minor issue with our shower. We loved the easy access to the beach and while we did not have a car with us it looked as though there was plenty of parking available for guests who did bring cars. We loved the balcony and I think the "partial-ocean view" was accurate! The free wi-fi worked very well, I was able to have a video call with no issue. While we did not make use of the lazy river or hot tub, both looked very fun.

The bedding could have been cleaner. Both beds in the room we stayed in were a little dusty and had a few hairs on them. The coffee and coffee maker provided in the room were both very sad but this is a very minor gripe as I am sure there are lots of amazing places in the area to get coffee if you want any.

Room was extremely comfortable. Our room was close to garage parking which was a plus since I am a smoker, but it would have been even better if you had some kind of chair for smokers to use. Enjoyed use of towels at the poolside. Very happy that people were not allowed to save chairs hours before they were going to use them.

The door to our room would only close completely by slamming it shut! Upon arrival we were guided over to a gentleman who preceded to offer us some perks if we would attend a class about Wyndam Hotels and at first we were interested and was at the end of signing up for the deal when he asked for a credit card to be put on file in case we did not show up, I was somewhat offended but also do not hand over my credit card info easily so we decided not to do it. Well he was pleasant up to that point, but did a 360 and was extremely rude! Which was not a great start for our stay. The only other problem we had was that we had to request fresh towels even though we were suppose to get them daily.

Loved the location, woman at front desk answered all my questions and was very polite. Access to the beach was great and the cute little pool beach hut was nice. Very clean. Loved the fact that plenty of dishes were available and clean with dishwasher available as well. Having convenient parking available right out the door for people on the first 4 floors was really convenient and didn't impede the view.

Rooms seemed a little dated, even for a fairly newer hotel. Could use a new coat of paint. Paint was chipping off a bit in the room. Thought TV in bedroom was fairly small to be honest. Karaoke happened one day around noon or so and it was very loud. Could hear it all the way up in our room (4th floor) and down the beach. Couldn't drown out the whaling unless we cut the TV in the living room on full blast (felt bad for the neighbors). The lunch time ends fairly early in the day. Wish it could've been available for maybe one to two hours more. Ended at 2 pm, got out to the pool and Tiki bar at like 2:15 I think (parter and I work 2nd and 3rd shift at home so our bodies are not capable of waking up very early. I know, that's an us problem, but I feel like we can't be the only ones).

Everything was AMAZING! The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved how I was able to communicate with the staff via text throughout the entire stay and they were on top of everything, from the moment we checked in to us saying our farewells! Our stay was so amazing we booked an extra day! I know our room had an ocean view but I was shocked over the moon when we had a double balcony ocean view! We traveled with friends and this set the tone for our Christmas vacations to come! We will be returning soon !

Despite the booking site stating that breakfast was included with our stay it was not made clear that breakfast is included ONLY if you book directly through the resort itself. Minus that mishap everything was excellent 👌🏽

The room was spaceful and it had a kitchen which was a plus

We were on the 1st floor didnt have much privacy because the pool area was close . Would have loved to have gotten a room in a higher floor so we could have set out on the patio instead of having to keep the curtains closed ..

The staff is great. They are quick to respond and correct any concerns you may have. It is family friendly. My daughter loves the karaoke at the pool. She sang one of her favorite songs. It's right on the beach. You can walk on the beach at night. My husband and I watched a movie on the beach until 2 AM. The kids really like the pool and the lazy river. Also, it is a quick drive to the grocery store, Walmart and many other stores. I also like that my room had a washer and dryer.

I wish the pool was open until 11PM. But for safety reasons I understand why it is not open that late.

Everything was great! We were there from 6/30-7/5, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to those you would meet in the elevator. Our room was spacious. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other, and we could "escape" in order to relax. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was amazing to keep our beach towels dry and suits clean.

Unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub area. Each night, there were several small kids left unsupervised, and they were jumping between the pools and hot tubs, with no regard to other guests. Several times, those in the hot tub were jumped over and hit by these kids.

The room was very comfortable and clean, staff was excellent. Shadee was very kind and hospitable to us when we needed anything. We also really enjoyed the covered pool area, we were able to enjoy the pool even when it was raining. The hotel also has a guest relations text chat that kept us in the loop of what was going on with the storms and stuff!

We stayed in room 1111, this would have been fine if we were staying with another family, however the connecting door to the neighboring room is paper thin. We were able to hear the other family and their children throughout most of our stay and even late into the night. This was the only part of our stay that was not great. We understood that they were also on vacation, we just would have preferred to not hear every word.
