Front desk staff great as always. Tonight Jason was extremely courteous and hospitable. Lady who checked us in at 1am Sunday very kind as well.

Cleanliness and simple maintenance. Bedside table had a sticky substance all over table, clock radio, and phone. Click radio was stuck to bedside table. The tub drained very slow. I was standing in water above my ankles before I realized the issue. At first I thought the stopper was down but not the case.

Everything the room had so much space and clean the food was very good the staff was nice

The only thing i think they need 2 people to work in to check u in it took a while

Loved the indoor pool! The staff was super nice and helpful!

The treadmill was broke and one ice machine had dirty ice but the staff said they would look into it.

Close to grandkids! It’s not our first stay! Breakfast was great! I’d change the sausage to not everyday even if it was good!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The heating unit in the room was one of the quietest but efficient units, that was a big plus not to hear a lot of noise.

The rooms were clean and in good shape. The hallways were in good shape but the hallway rug needs to be cleaned. Not bad but was not as clean as the rooms or the lobby.

I liked that breakfast was REAL EGGS and not powdered eggs. Staff tried hard to keep up with so many people at breakfast. Rooms were nice and big.

I wish there had been 4 towels, a bath mat, hand towels in the rooms. I had to go ask for towels and a bath mat. One Room smelled a little funny. It was clean but not fresh smelling. The other room smelled fresh and clean.

Wish we were told that you had to book a time to use the pool. We stayed 2 nights and my boys only got to swim once. I knew you had to sign in to use it, just didn't realize you could sign up for times on other days. Breakfast was not restocked because there was only one staff member trying to run the front desk and stock the breakfast.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us extra blankets & towels when we checked in and bringing out more breakfast items in the morning. The location is very close to I-85 so it was a good place to stop driving for the night and get back on the road in the morning.

The continental breakfast was a bit scavenged. One of our beds didn't have a blanket.

Fairly clean and quiet.

Since there is no hot breakfast, they are adding prepackaged items. If it run out they just said “oh we don’t have anymore”- it’s hard to pay $130 a night for a family of 6 and then have to tell my kids oh they don’t have any more muffins, cereal or yogurt for you.
