The ambiance pulls you in. The lay out gives you breathing room. The outside spaces refresh your soul. The art is story telling and exquisite. The staff nailed it! Professional, yet personal. Tidy in appearance yet not stuffy. Genuine, attentive and available. The room was large, clean and extra comfortable! The “real” blanket at the end of our beds was the cherry on the top! Our room did not have a single speck of annoying, electric light beaming through the night! The room was dark and quiet all night long. We slept beautifully! We enjoyed our morning coffee from the lounge, soaked up the crisp autumn air on an outside rocker and promptly said good bye by 11. I wish i could have stayed an entire week!

I wish my bathroom had a large soaking tub. The shower lacked a bench or a ledge to assist in shaving my legs.

The grounds of the hotel is stunning. The restaurant and bar on site was great.

One of the night security guards questioned if we were guests several times and made members of our party feel super uncomfortable, not sure if I would recommend this place to other people based off of that. Customer service also wasn't the best in general. Found several pieces of hair in the towels in the bathrooms. The staff at the front desk was amazing though.

My husband and I visited this place last weekend for our 10-year wedding anniversary. This place 100% exceeded our expectations. The friendliest staff, the amazingly spotless rooms, our water view, the restaurant/bar area.. everything was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back!

the fact that for such a swanky upscale lodging they didn’t have any hot tubs or anything of that sort. Pool? Would be ideal to put a patio with a couple hot tubs outside overlooking the falls.

Property is perfect. One female bartender in the lobby bar was rude, unfriendly but the checkin staff was wonderful and the valet attendants were friendly sly and helpful.

There was nothing we did not like but a breakfast service would be nice and the menu in the dining was. mainly meat. I think a. few more vegan choices would be great .

Need instructions in room to operate electric curtains! How would one know they are electric. Coffee in lobby not set at same time each morning. Need paper coffee cup holder to go over paper cups. I have not received my email copy of my check out bill as promised.

The Grand Bohemian Lodge is breathtakingly gorgeous. The hotel is worth every cent for comfort and grandeur.

The breakfast @ Beyond the Trees is overly priced for the quality.

Location, facility was beautiful, with no details spared. Staff was very attentive to needs of guests. Dinner was mouth watering delicious. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Excellent location next to the river and park and restaurants. Excellent amenities - spa, bourbon bar, restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and luxurious.
