We were actually pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We were not sure when we first pulled up, based upon the location (sort of industrial area), but once inside we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good (many options). All-in-all, a very nice experience. We definitely would rebook here if in the area.

Breakfast ended at 9 during the week. An extra half hour would have been nice. But it really was not that big of a deal.

They have hidden hotel fees and charged me for an extra night when I already booked for two nights in advanced and locked in my rate. They claim that the rates change over the weekend, but I only stayed Thursday and Friday nights, then checked out Saturday morning. Also for the amount that I paid I expected at least a smart tv so I could stream Netflix or YouTube, so make sure you bring your own device to watching tv apps if you plan on staying here.

Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and fresh with updated paint and decor. The best thing is the staff, the front desk ladies are outstanding and literally every other employee we had contact with had a smile and kind word for me and my kids.

The pool wasn't working so that was a bit disappointing and the location is in a pretty congested area. That said it was easy to hop on the highway to get into downtown/ sightseeing areas.

Breakfast attendants were perfect. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruit and candy toppings for waffles, bagels potatoes and sausage plus more Walter and Liliana at the front desk were awesome they brought items to the room for us (towels, soap) The location is great!!! Only three miles from Nashville Zoo, 15 minutes to Urban Air and mall

Location was central to downtown and Nissan Stadium as well as the airport. Rooms were very clean. I also liked the fact they have a safe for valuables.

3 of us were staying there. We each wanted to pay cash for our part. This was not allowed. We had to use one card, no cash option.

The hotel was very clean, room was spacious and updated. Employees were very nice, and quick to resolve an issue we had with noise next door. The price was very reasonable.

Upon walking up to the front desk to check in, the two employees continued on with their conversation without a greeting, I felt this was very rude. The location of the hotel leaves much to be desired! There was an unsightly vacant lot next door and no 'safe' way to walk to a store.

Rooms were spacious. It was convenient to where we needed to be. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

When we checked in, the room price was different(higher) than what Booking.com listed. Staff said they go by your rates and do not change them. This has never happened before. I am not happy about this discrepancy.

I loved Rachel at the Front Desk. She was informative & her customer service was outstanding. The indoor pool was great considering it was so hot in Nashville that weekend. The breakfast was great as well. I loved the decor & the mini kitchen in the room. Downtown was 10 minutes away & everything was so convenient surrounding the hotel.

The location, the highway was way too loud & I'm a light sleeper so I heard trucks & cars all through the night.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was a great variety! They played relaxing music and had updated designs.

Housekeeping didn’t update things we needed refills on daily. The shower door wouldn’t close. We were put in a room closest to highway so it was noisier.

Good Place to stay for business trip, staff is very nice and the rooms are completely remodeled and clean. Good value for long stays and don't mind to drive

It would it be nice if TV's where smart in order to be able to watch streaming apps.
