We love the property. Friendly staff and always willing to help anytime we need it.

The pool is indoors and the heater was broken and the water was green. The hotel was almost sold out due to the big tournament and it seemed like they should have had the heater fixed so the families would have something to do between games. Plus we had a lot of delays and rainouts due storms and the pool would have been good to have open.

We loved the little breakfast! Place was clean & cozy for the most part. They allow pets $20 per night tho. Quiet area and the beds were decent, I'm just spoiled to foam mattresses these days. Close to alot of places walmart, food,etc.

Biscuits and gravy were horrible. Juices need to be swapped out for something more quality. Ghetto roaches made a cameo appearance not once but twice. Y'all might not know that they're in there, room 305.

The breakfast was pretty good. They had a small buffet of the normal items such as eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, sausage gravy and waffles with a waffle maker. They had milk, coffee and juices. Everything tasted good. We ate well. The beds were comfortable. They had coffee available in the room, a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, TV with channels, and a microwave.

I did not like the fact that the black out curtains did not shut all the way. This would be easy to fix, however, it seems to be a common problem in hotel rooms. There was some mold on the shower chair in the accessible room. Everything else was clean. There was no good view as it was located close to an industrial park. The indoor pool color was a little off. But it was a nice area.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast included oatmeal, eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurt, danishes and bagels. The location was convenient. The room included a microwave and refrigerator.

The bed linen should be thrown out due to stains, including the bed bug protectors. The room tables and counters were not wiped down when we arrived. The pool water was luke warm and the decor in the pool area was drab and dull. The bottom and sides of toilet appeared to be overlooked. The carpets could use a cleaning.

Staff very helpful, huge room. Clean. Breakfast was healthy and tasty.

Nothing really, though the area immediately around it is a bit ugly.

The breakfast was great! The staff was quick and polite, the room was comfortable. It’s at a nice halfway point between Nashville and the super speedway. The food and shopping options near by are excellent and easy to access too.

Pool temp was high for the summer. Was looking to cool off not swim in a bath

Breakfast was marginal, some items could have used a refresh with at least 30 mins before it ended. Location was decent, right off Highway. Staff members Sam and others were friendly and fantastic! GREAT & FRIENDLY staff!!

Third floor had a strange aroma of masked cigarette smoke. Alarm clock was caked with dirt and dust really looked like grease or something oily with dust packed on it. Shower curtain rod was taped together. Lamps were extremely dusty. Listing had mini-dryer as an amenity but none existed, this was one of the reasons that I chose this hotel/room.

I liked that it was so close to the interstate and the free breakfast! The beds were comfortable as well. You could walk to the two gas stations down the street as well. felt really comfortable.

the walls are paper thin and it smelled musty. we had a non-smoking room but the hallways smelled of smoke. This hotel could use a major remodel though.

Staff is always very nice and helpful. Breakfast is always good. More options than most continental breakfast. Indoor pool is fun when traveling with young kids.

Usually not the case, but this time there was dried coffee on bathroom counter. The sink faucet was messed up. Water came out extremely high powered or nothing at all. Vending machines weren’t able to accept debit cards. Usually these things are not any issue though.

It was very updated and clean. We weren’t far from MTSU which was our reason for visiting this area.

The hotel is located in the middle of a massive industrial park so the traffic is heavy.
