Price, proximity, staff was courteous and changed our room when there was an issue.
One of the original rooms the sink had a broken pipe and water went everywhere when used. The same room also had stained bedding. Cross communication was a problem with the staff, because while the day person was kind and put us in a new room, he also didn't inform the night shift that he did. The night person wound up giving our occupied room to somebody else on accident, which put our belongings and privacy at risk. Fortunately the tenant was honest.

There was no breakfast, but at the cost of the room we did not expect one. The room was clean and fresh without the typical musty/deodorized smell you often find in older properties. The bathroom fan/light combo was exceptionally noisy, and that is the only concern with the room. It is on a roadside with the typical road-noise, but again, at the nightly rate you make concessions. I will stay there the next time I'm in the area for motorsports.

There was a sign letting us know that they will not be providing a breakfast but coffee is available. Door was locked and was not able to get morning coffee til just before 8am. Besides that small issue the location was great for our needs

It was quiet. Location great. Staff was great. Room had horrible odor and Desk clerk came in checked it. Then he cleaned and mopped for us . Rates were good.
Bedding smelled and had burn holes. We smoke but smell in room was very unpleasant.

Smokers outside our A/C vent at 6am. No bfast. By the office there is a cheap handwritten cardboard sign and a broken phone that look terrible.

When I was not able to connect to the WIFI using the information supplied, the staff members assisted in connecting my computer to their WIFI system. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The facilities were clean kept.
Despite the advertisement online that breakfast was available at the motel, this service was unavailable.
