we have stayed here before and i came back because it is one of my favorite places to be; one of the few hotels where i actually can sleep. the beds are amazing and the rooms are really comfortable and the place smells amazing! the restaurant is one of the best in bristol.

I did think the staff was not as informative as before and seemed a bit short staffed. I didn't like the idea that housekeeping was still 'optional' and when i asked for it i did not receive it. I also didn't like that you couldn't put the restaurant tab on your hotel bill due to 'computers not setup that way'

this property was amazing! we arrived 3 hours early and they had the room ready and allowed check-in. the room was large, clean and looked great. The bathroom and shower were big, with an amazing smelling body wash provided. I looked at the sign as you walk into room and seen they offer 1 free bottle of essential oils, a diffuser and a record platter to use in the room which all worked perfectly. The restaurant was a short walk away with great bbq food and beer selection. lastly, there is a brewery within walking distance that has great beers.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything.

Beautiful property, great location right on State Street in the heart of downtown. You can walk to restaurants, The Paramount, The Cameo easily. Front desk staff was super friendly.

Couple of minor issues. No ice bucket, no glass ware for drinks. When my husband went down to the desk after we came in from the concert, to get an ice bucket…they had none available, he was told they were “all out”, whatever that means. So they gave him two disposable coffee cups full of ice. They were super nice about it, but for the cost of a room for one night and it being a Tribute property, I expect a little better than that. Second thing is we were put in a handicapped room which I did not request. Normally that would not be problematic but the shower head was improperly installed far too low. My husband is 6’ 4” and it was unusable for him except for the handshower. And I know that it’s improperly installed because we had a plumbing contracting business lol.

I liked the uniqueness of the place, and the attention to detail. The theme was old time country and gospel and each room was named a different song. The front desk attendant was friendly and spoke to us when she saw us in the lobby a couple of times asking us if everything was going well and if we needed something. Overall, it was a comfortable room, and we hope to perhaps return.

Cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

What did I like-- how about just about EVERYTHING! Parking was great, location is EXCELLENT, check in was quick and easy. Hallways and rooms are immaculate and the shower is OMG. The bed was comfy and the TV was huge. Loved the music themed decor throughout the hotel.

No ice machine available. If you want ice, you have to call the front desk. No extra towels in the bathroom.

Booked last minute because we were too tired to continue driving for the night. I didn't expect to find a nice boutique hotel like this in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Usually the small towns around the interstates are full of lower level chain hotels. This is the kind of hotel you would find in big cities with higher rates. However, the rate was really good and it's part of Marriott chain. Even though I just booked around 10mins before check in, the staff found my booking info just fine. Check in was pleasant and we even got 4 pet bowls for both our pets and some treats for my dog (other hotels normally give you only 2 bowls for only 1 pet or only 1 bowl per pet). There's a white cat sleeping on the lobby sofa, it was such a cute thing. The design of the hotel was really beautiful. The walk to the room was thoroughly designed and the room was gorgeous. Bathroom was spacious and so beautiful, I wanted to renovate my own bathroom like that. Cool amenities like white noise machine with diffuser inside the room. Curtain was real blackout curtain. I didn't try the breakfast because we were too tired and slept in, but would do otherwise. I was enjoying the cool decor so much and even contemplating to stay one more night. Really really cool hotel and great experience, I'm glad we decided to stop for the night! Would love to be back again for sure.

The hotel is located in some sort of old historical building and it was hard to find the lobby from outside, especially at night and in freezing temperature. The info on booking.com stated check out time is 12 noon, but by 11am, someone was knocking on our door and asking if we would need more time. So check out is still 12 noon and not a big deal, but the little friendly reminder was a bit unnecessary.

The restaurant was great, we ate there both nights. The bar tenders were top shelf. The buildings, rooms and old equipment make the place interesting at every turn. I got lost in the bed, it must be the best bed I've ever been in.

Give me minute, I need to think on this. I'm sure there is something.

Such a unique boutique hotel!! Loved the decor and special touches in our room: spacious walk in shower/ separate toilet closet/ double sinks/ wonderful lighted make up mirror/ high quality bath towels & rug...everything in the room was delightful!

That we could only spend 2 nights there!!

BBQ on site is delicious, staff very friendly and caring. room was very clean and spacious

Thermostats for the rooms are controlled to stay at its coldest, 68 degrees. Ventless AC units seem too small for the size rooms so we had to buy a fan from the local Walmart to be able to sleep comfortably.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed two nights and they did not freshen up our room / provide clean towels for the 2nd day. Also, it would have been nice to have breakfast available.
