It was a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. For most part all the staff were great and welcoming with the exception of the breakfast warden

It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It is noisy when trying to sleep being right on the main drag. The lady that runs the breakfast makes you feel uncomfortable by banging the doors on the cupboards and watching everyone like a hawk. We paid good money to stay there, we should be able to eat whatever we want for breakfast in a quiet, welcoming setting. Only put one chocolate milk out at a time, lol it's ridiculous

The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

At the last minute (literally after initial check in time), I was notified that they overbooked the double Queen rooms and I was being changed to a king room. I was traveling with my adult daughter and that was not going to work. They did put in a cot to make it work. They told me that even though I booked months in advance, I was being changed because I booked through Bookings. They said they prioritize people who book directly through them. This was a NASCAR race weekend, so there wasn’t an option to go somewhere else. I guess from now on, if it is a very busy time, I will not use Bookings (I use Bookings for 10-12 hotels a year) since it seems that those reservations are not as important to the Hotels.

Clean, great location with many different shops/restaurants near to explore, friendly staff, and good breakfast. They even greeted us with warm cookies when we arrived and it was just so nice after the traveling we endured.

Nothing everyone and everything was excellent. I will say they should have a sign to find it easier since it only had the hotel next to it signage I didn’t realize that was the entrance for both.

No enough parking we had a truck pulling our race car for a race at Bristol when we got back from track we couldn’t park we stayed 3 nights but all the 1 nighters to all the parking we had to park so far away we could not see our stuff and had to be picked up… not happy with that we have a ton of money in our truck, trailer and race car to not be able to check on it…

Breakfast was great, room lovely, staff great, location for us visiting the NASCAR race at the speedway was great, we had a lazy day by the pool which was a shame it wasn’t heated. We would stay again

The room was spacious, comfortable and CLEAN. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold options.

The bottom of the hand rail in our shower broke loose from the wall, luckily the top held in place and kept me from hitting the floor. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working.

The host at the front was super quick with my check in and gave us cold bottles of water before we went to the room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities present. I loved how the tv had a screensaver that said “Welcome Logan”.

The breakfast was good but the danishes they had were on the dry side.

The property was great the room was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly! Loved that each room had a train theme!

The only complaint was it was a bit noisy being that close to the interstate but that was also one of the beauties it was close to the interstate!

Great location to our friends, antique stores, flea markets and restaurants. Turkey sausage and chocolate waffles =) Bed was good, not too soft. Variety of pillow firmness. We slept really well. The shower was delightful!

The water temp in the sink was never hot, only luke warm, not sure if that was on purpose.

The Booking.com listing said hotel had EV chargers, but they did not have any. Hotel desk said there were chargers at shopping center on other side of interstate. This is not what we expected.
