It was cheap without being an awful experience The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs The breakfast was better than expected The showers were great The pool was kept up well and was a decent size We did have a fault in our room where one of the outlets didn't work and their maintenance department handled it so be assured that if there's a problem they'll get it fixed.

Our room had a little bit of a cigarette odor, but it was explicitly stated in our reservation that the room we reserved was a smoking room so I don't want to hold that against them and I want to emphasize it was so slight that we only barely smelled it and became entirely noseblind to it in only a few minutes. The rooms could use slightly larger trash cans. The showers need a shelf or something to hold any soaps or shampoos that people bring

The guy working at the front desk was very helpful. Room was super clean and smelled amazing. The water pressure for the shower? Phenomenal. All the toiletries you really need are provided in the event you forget your own or need extras. AC was cold. TV worked just fine. The updated room was really cute and modern. Location and parking were fine. Breakfast was pretty typical but no complaints.

Staying on the ground floor by the pool proved to be pretty noisy as obviously lots of kids were playing and people were there chatting and such, right near our room. Not a deal breaker, though. The bed was pretty uncomfortable (IMO). I’ve slept in worse but I’ve slept in much better, too. My main “concern” was not having the latch-type lock inside the room that you flip towards the top of the door. It would have just given more peace of mind.

It was a nice stay. Staff were superb. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was extremely nice. I was glad it was a shower instead of tub. Beds were firm rooms were clean.

It is listed as a HOTEL but it’s a MOTEL that was surprising to me . Wasn’t expecting that. Other guests were extremely loud all times of the night and early morning . In the room above me, the guest walked hard and did so all night long. The ice bucket is small. Main issue I had were the guests were inconsiderate of others by being loud, kids knocking on your door and running.

While having a chance to speak to the General Manager during breakfast (he was milling about), we discovered the property had been recently purchased and a major renovation was it is final stages. This is without a doubt one of the best properties in which we have ever stayed.

Outdoor pool, but understandable since this was an older property completely and exceptionally renovated, maybe someday the pool can be enclosed.

My partner and I have been traveling across the states on a road trip and we just stopped here for night on or way to New Orleans and we had a wonderful stay, we would of stayed another night if we could have! The rooms were very new and immaculate which is something we have struggled to find in a lot of places during our trip (over 20 hotels). Still one of the best showers I’ve had in the states.

Waffle machine was done. The breakfast I ate was pretty good. The location was ok, I felt safe overall.

I couldn't watch t.v, the internet say it wasn't working even though I put in code they gave me at front desk. I didn't have an iron or ironing board. Didn't have a soap rack, if one of the canisters hanging up was soap, it wasn't labeled.

I love this hotel and have stayed here almost every time I travel to Chattanooga. The day shift guy is very nice. The shower is amazing. I think I took more showers in a day than I ever have because of their showers. The pool is relaxing and never busy

Pool could use a little more cleaning but still was nice.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great and very filling .The rooms are very nice and comfy. And there is security that goes through the parking lot at night. So I definitely felt safe. Over all I was very happy with everything and very pleased with the staff and will definitely be staying here again.

The shower was awesome!!

There is a gap at the bottom of the doors which let the debris blow in...initially thought it had not been swept. The front desk swept it up. Got rid of 3 crickets.

I liked the rooms and the pool too not to mention it was cheaper that a room where I live which appliances n tv didn't work with one bed. Good deal friendly staff

The one fellow working the desk took hour n half make me coffee when the daytime man had it done in less than 5mins
