Clean and very close to what we needed. It was very quiet and convenient too. Teh owner is very nice too

House keeping lacking in the beginning of our stay but we told the owner and he made sue the room was cleaned everyday afte that

Very close to all the stores, walking distance to restraunts , the A/C worked great, and shower had great water pressure

When we arrived there was a musty/weed type smell in the room , the bed was uncomfortable- very hard, the tv only had about 40 channels , but it was okay for a one night stay.

We lived the location close to all stores and resturants. And the park was great too. The staff was very very friendly. And if you needed something for your room they will get it for you like towels coffee trash bags. The room was very clean and big. I can't wait to try out their jacuzzi next time. And I will be back. This is my husband s and I second time going here we love it and it's very quiet too.

The location is nice and quiet, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and there were no issues with cleanliness!

The decor was a little outdated and careworn, while certain spots of the hotel were in need of repair. (Shower head was loose to the point of only getting warm water, and the front door was slightly bowed in albeit functional

They don't serve breakfast or coffee anymore after COVID they stopped it and other than that there restaurant within walking distance but other than that this is a wonderful clean and great place to stay everytime we go on vacation to Chattanooga we stay there I would recommend them to everyone

Front desk clerk was a tad bit rude. I was inquiring about getting a room on the bottom floor because I road my motorcycle and he said he didn't have room on the bottom after I called and asked prior to booking. Once I told him I was told over the phone he had rooms on the lower level he had an attitude but accommodated me but it seemed as though I was bothering him even asking for extra wash cloths and towels.

It was clean and in a good area. Close to where we needed to be and had an amazing view.

Needed more pillows on the bed, and the bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was nice and clean.

It is conveniently located

There were a couple of dead bugs in the bathroom floor. We arrived sat and left Sunday, so I figured when they cleaned Sunday they would see them and pick them up but they were still there Sunday

Host was on the phone and made me wait without a simple ill be with you in a moment, she spoke for a bout 4 minutes.

It was located near a lot we wanted to do. Staff is really nice!

Didn’t see a pool, Bed was a little uncomfortable
