The staff were pleasant and accommodating. We were running majorly behind in checking in, so I called to let them know we wouldn't be there until closer to midnight. They quickly assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Room was clean and spacious. If we're ever back in that area, we'd stay again.

We were prompted to "check in" ahead of time via an email and text. I filled everything out, entered our card information, but when we arrived we had to fill out the same thing again. Tired and late, it was a minor inconvenience, but logically - why check in ahead of time but still had to fill everything out when we arrived? Granted, the staff was amazing and it was still quick to get to our room. It's the redundancy that's frustrating (nothing against this specific location; it seems it's a La Quinta thing or Wyndham tech thing). Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable - lumpy and hard.

I usually do not stay at La Quinta hotels because, as a brand, they seem old to me, but this one was updated, nice, and clean. It was also close to Tennessee Tech, which was great! I will definitely put this on my list of hotels to stay at while in the area.

Parking was limited due to the hotel being sold out, but this was not a "deal breaker."" Also, the breakfast options were very limited, which I'm noticing is a trend since Covid, but there is a Waffle House across the parking lot if you need more variety.

The room cleanliness was impeccable!! The shower was tricky to figure out and I was surprised that the breakfast didn't have eggs. Other than that is was great

The front desk girl was nice but not very informative. The muffins at breakfast were cold to frozen and the bacon was paper thin. There were no eggs and that was surprising. Also, the person filling the breakfast was eat8ng bacon as she went back I to the kitchen. As a food worker, that was disturbing. She could have waited until she got back into the kitchen

Bed were great like sleeping on a cloud. Pillows were great to Gravy and biscuits were great the next morning Working on roads in front hard to get in and out. Bit when done it will be fine. We were pulling a trailer so it was hard pulling in and out and parking was hard also. Great place we will go back.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Also the people at the desk were super friendly and helpful when we ran out of amenities. I didn't try the breakfast but I could smell how delicious it was every morning.

There wasn't many complaints I had. There was one thing that caused me concern, the water to the bath was constantly running and I could not find where it was cool enough to have it on me. Plus the toilet was easily plugged, I had needed to go pee and that somehow clogged the toilet.

For some reason the breakfast was curiously lacking.. We came to eat at 6:10 and the coffee carafe was already empty… there was no yogurt, only two lone bagels and no muffins, and half of the cereal dispenser was empty.. the fruit was two pitiful apples... When we stayed here previously it was much better. Guess they were low on supplies??

Every thing exceeded my expectations.Only issue was TV. Remote buttons did not work well. No channel guide in room. No directions on how to change channel and find a channel. Front desk clerk explained how to use it. She explained they were new TV’s which were nice, however I did find the remote too cumbersome.

They put me in a kind suite. I loved it. It got my needs perfectly for the week. And the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since 2021. Oh! I loved that wide bathtub too. Melissa was amazing and the whole staff was so helpful and everyone had great attitudes. I really felt like they cared about their work and about my experience there.

The WiFi was a real struggle the whole time. I looked for another hotel but the desk staff there said it would be no different...that the internet in that town as a whole is weak because a single company supplies the whole town.

The Staff Employees Were All Excellent , Very Polite ,Helpful , Very Knowledgeable , They we’re ALL VERY PROMPT When Getting us anything like toiletries, towels ,etc… Clean floors !!! OVER ALL I would highly Recommend GREAT Hotel 2 Stay in

the breakfast was very Disappointedly not much variety . Very Clean kept cafe area . the Hotel sure could invest in new beds every time I moved it would screech & I though it was going 2 fall 2 the floor so R Sleep was Interrupted every time we would move . The check-in staff went well out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were looking for places to eat in the area that were locally owned, as we live in a small town and understand how hard it is for local dining establishments when you have all of the other restaurants around you with automatic name recognition. She was great! Told us about several. We wrote them down, looked them up, and had the opportunity to try three of them during our stay. She took care of all of our needs, as well as those of the ones I observed. (She even worked to deal with a wasp nest that was hanging by the entrance.) I wish I had gotten her name so I could put it out here because she is a true ambassador to the community AND for your hotel. We will be in town several more times over the next 4-6 years and I, without hesitation, would be willing to stay here again.

Really, no complaints. The water was hot, the air was cool, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
