Clean and Cantrell to everything we could have needed. Staff was very nice even though booking.com dropped the ball with communication causing my reaction to be canceled at the hotel. And booking.com was not by any way cooperative in there mess up and took over an hour for them to even decide to help. In the end the hotel staff was fantastic and will sure use this location again. Booking.com on the other hand I probably will never use again.

After several bad experiences with Choice hotels we finally gave up and tried Home2. A big refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, comfortable beds and pillows, and the rooms were spotless, we are sold! The breakfast was decent and saved us time. A little more expensive but worth it. We could stay a week here and a lot less hassle than AB&B.

The water pressure was pretty bad but not worth moving on over.

The staff were nice, the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had anything you could want and was very good. One of the breakfast staff, Lou(?), was especially kind and went above and beyond. We appreciated the fact, too, that it was located so close to the interstate. We would definitely recommend Home2 Suites in Cookeville.

I love the layout of the room and the room dividing curtains, giving some privacy to the other person if you have someone sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The room was clean with clean sheets on the bed. Very comfortable bed.very convenient rolling table that could be moved over to the sofa for mealtime. Loved all counter space in the room and the very cool bathroom mirror. It is an awesome place to stay.

I can not think of anything I did not like.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Out of items on the hot breakfast before 8a. You either had cereal or a breakfast sandwich that wasn’t good. Otherwise no other options. We ate out for breakfast the second day. Loud because of kids running the halls until after midnight, but room itself was quiet

Breakfast was "OK" - they did not offer bacon or sausage other than if you got a sausage biscuit. Omlets were sort of bland and not hot. Best thing I tried was the do it yourself waffles.

Should offer bacon and sausage to go with the little omelets. Omelets need to be hot as mine was cold.

Quiet by 9 pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and kitchen staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered items for most diets not just carbohydrate rich foods.

Located near the highway and a main intersection. Some of the traffic outside included drivers revving their engines though this subsided by 9 pm.

We love Home 2 Suites with the dishes and extra counter space ,And the comfort of the room. It is just wonderful!

The breakfast was certainly lacking. Not a lot to choose from. And the bread on the breakfast sandwiches had set under the lights so long it was hard as a rock.
