Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and other places, yet off the main road so no heavy traffic. Hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Open and spacious, welcoming. Our room was large and accommodating for my handicap father. Staff was courteous, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast served every morning was hot, delicious and a great variety. Wonderful Stay!!

I can't find anything negative to say. I can't find anything that I would change.

There was a water main leak in our area and our home had NO water. We made a late reservation at this hotel in our town. I called to let the staff know we would be checking in late. From that phone call to the time we left the next morning, the staff was exceptional. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. I can't say enough about how enjoyable the experience was!

The location of this hotel is awesome. So many places around to eat, get coffee and gas up. The hotel went over and beyond to be sure our room was up to our expectations. Kevin , at this location sent me several text messages to check and see if our room was okay. The breakfast at the hotel was great, clean and very quiet and organized.

We liked everything

The breakfast was very good, a nice variety and the oatmeal was great. I liked that it was cooked and not in a package that you had to add hot water to. The room was clean and spacious. I also liked that there was fresh water, coffee and cookies available in the afternoon.

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like.

The location was wonderful. Everything was very clean and everybody was very friendly. I would definitely come back to stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, too hard, and it would have been nice to get clean towels when the room was being serviced.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable.

Honestly, everything during our stay was wonderful. We did feel that our expenses for just one night, considering the location, was a bit high.

We were pleased to see that the full breakfast was available, and everyone enjoyed the wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were all outstanding. The location to our conference and nearby restaurants couldn't be beat. The hotel was easy to get in and out of. Our group had two rooms, and the desk clerk assigned up adjoining rooms without needing to be asked, and we usually have to beg for that. We look forward to staying here again next year.

I was disappointed that the trash wasn't emptied everyday. We were there 2 days with no housekeeping. Otherwise our stay was very good. Would stay there again

The cleanliness!! Large bathroom & large walk in shower!! Bed was comfortable and the window shade was genius!! Very modernized! Breakfast was great, large variety! Staff was very kind!

I loved the location and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind!

Room service was limited; no fault of theirs - the staff was small. However, this made for a trip without total room service for close to 5 days. Also, the air was a bit stale if the A/C wasn't down to 70 degrees or less. The room felt very clean. However, the carpet felt wet the entire time. So, I had to always make sure I was in flip-flops or slippers.
