Loved the whole place it was clean and quiet The pool was great but not heated as advertised

The only thing is that if you want to eat breakfast or dinner 🍽️ be there earlier then 6 because they serve before time there was one helping of dinner left when we got there at 5:50 pm an the morning would had been the same if my dad didn't got down to lobby at 5:30 am to get coffee ☕ an seen they had already put out breakfast 🥞🍳 so we went on down... Need to heat the pool up as advertised it was cold Still waiting to see if my deposit goes back on my credit card

We stayed here for 7 nights. Room was very spacious and we liked the separation of the spaces by the divider. The bed on the pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable for the kids to sleep on, two TV. Breakfast was delicious and changed daily with something’s like waffles and biscuits and gravy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and there was an amazing view! Will definately stay here again

The gym equipment was all out of order

The breakfast lady had a very sour attitude. My 8 month old grandson caused me to spill some apple juice & I went to tell her so that no one would fall by stepping in it & she was very negative & her response was as if I was bothering her. I know she was busy & I could clean it up but I had no means of effectively cleaning up apple juice. The next morning she was no different as to her sour disposition & attitude.

Comfort, cleanliness

Our church youth group was attending an event, had driven 5 hours and almost didn't get their rooms because of your policy of the church credit card use. Our Pastor's name and our CHURCH name is on the credit card, but our Pastor can't be on every trip our children and youth take.

Breakfast. This is the best part of the stay, we have stayed at this location four times in the last two years, the same lady at the hotel is in charge of the breakfast. The area is clean, well-managed and better food than the waffle house

Found a screwdriver, a few roofing nails, stink bugs, many strings on the floor, housekeeping needs to learn how to use a vacuum, this could have been a bad situation had one of us stepped on the nails, lucky we found them before we took our shoes off. If I could see them, why could housekeeping not see them??? I would check my room carefully, does not appear housekeeping or management does?

Great location, Comfortable bed

The breakfast may have been good, but there was never enough food brought out. The pans for the meat and the eggs were almost always empty, and when she did bring something out, it was never enough to feed all the people waiting. If they are trying to save money there, they are succeeding!

The front desk staff was amazing when we arrived and fixed my mistake of booking the wrong dates. The pool was nice and rooms were spacious.

The breakfast worker was very rude.

SUPER hot in the main hallways, eating area, and lobby of the hotel. Made it uncomfortable to sit & eat breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. Late Night staff 'Max" was very helpful. Even when we checked in very late he was so polite and helpful. He actually helped in providing hot water from the closed cafeteria. And that was really appreciable.

Location was the primary reason we chose this hotel.

The outdoor smoking area was located just outside the main entrance and you had to walk through that and I don’t like smoke because it takes my breath away.
