Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and perfect for meeting our needs. We needed handicap accessible and the room met our needs. They were utilizing dove products in the bathroom which which was nice.

Just one minor thing I noticed. The button to switch the shower to the hand held device was on the top of the shower head so you would need to be able to stand to reach it to switch it over. So if I were traveling alone it would have been difficult to reach. However, having someone with me to switch it over allowed the shower to work perfect for handicap accessibility. The shower was nice and clean with plenty of water pressure which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a big problem but the property only has one elevator. Property gets busy so there can be a wait for the elevator but a chance to chat with fellow travelers. The AM we left, 21 Sept, breakfast room ran out of coffee. The breakfast staff seemed more interested in leaving a "good review" calling card and socializing than ensuring the customers had what they needed. Left on a bad note.

It smelled good and seemed really clean. The beds were super comfy. It was a little noisy but I had a white noise machine so after I turned that on, no problem. Every staff member had a smile on their faces and were so accommodating to allow us to eat our dinner in the breakfast area late at night. Even brought chocolates for the kids. There were a lot of us as we were in town for a funeral. The breakfast was better than just an average continental breakfast. There were 2 really sweet ladies keeping it clean and well stocked the whole time. One The front desk staff gave us a straw from her personal stash as our little one needed a straw for his orange juice. The location was perfect for near by restaurants and was in close proximity to the funeral home. If you’re looking for something to be wrong, I’m sure you could find it but we were so grateful for friendliness and comfortable beds at an affordable price, that we had no complaints! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Excellent breakfast. Nice variety and good quality.

The facility was easy to access as well as near a variety of eateries. Staff was accommodating and the room was clean and provided everything we needed . We enjoyed our stay and felt the facility drew a quality clientele. The only area of improvement would be the bed itself . It was extremely firm and didn’t lend to a restful sleep.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only complaint I have is there was no mirror over the desk area where I could sit to do hair and makeup. Mobility issues often dictate the need to sit. Otherwise the room was perfect

Oh and the dining area and breakfast were also exceptional. Zero complaints

Didn't eat lotion was good. Obviously right next to the Expressway can be a little loud. But it was a great stay. No complaints the staff was incredible the place was clean everybody was super friendly and professional.

Breakfast was good. The room was very clean. No bugs. The A/C was controlled by the thermal stat on the wall.

Elevator breaking down and we had to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. My wife is in her 70's and I'm in my 60's. Not good. The elevator was repaired by morning. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices for my kids but not alot of choices for gluten free. Bed was actually comfortable unlike most hotel beds. Pool was nice. Staff was very kind and accommodating

Our fan in the bathroom didn't work so the shower made the entire room muggy. The sheets felt wet every day from humidity in the room. I had to use the computer downstairs and when we finally got into it(it took forever) a porn site popped up and my 11 year old was with me so that was not cool.

The front desk lady and housekeepers were amazing. Breakfast was good. Served it’s purpose very nicely for our stay. Definitely ask for a room on the backside of the hotel so you dont hear highway sounds all night.

The handicap room needs safety equipment in bathroom. Was unable to take showers because of no safety bars in bathroom.
