It smelled good and seemed really clean. The beds were super comfy. It was a little noisy but I had a white noise machine so after I turned that on, no problem. Every staff member had a smile on their faces and were so accommodating to allow us to eat our dinner in the breakfast area late at night. Even brought chocolates for the kids. There were a lot of us as we were in town for a funeral. The breakfast was better than just an average continental breakfast. There were 2 really sweet ladies keeping it clean and well stocked the whole time. One The front desk staff gave us a straw from her personal stash as our little one needed a straw for his orange juice. The location was perfect for near by restaurants and was in close proximity to the funeral home. If you’re looking for something to be wrong, I’m sure you could find it but we were so grateful for friendliness and comfortable beds at an affordable price, that we had no complaints! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Breakfast was good, lots of choices for my kids but not alot of choices for gluten free. Bed was actually comfortable unlike most hotel beds. Pool was nice. Staff was very kind and accommodating

Our fan in the bathroom didn't work so the shower made the entire room muggy. The sheets felt wet every day from humidity in the room. I had to use the computer downstairs and when we finally got into it(it took forever) a porn site popped up and my 11 year old was with me so that was not cool.

The front desk lady and housekeepers were amazing. Breakfast was good. Served it’s purpose very nicely for our stay. Definitely ask for a room on the backside of the hotel so you dont hear highway sounds all night.

didn’t feel super safe in the parking lot. its very well lit but beside a shady looking motel.

Breakfast - Clean, food temp great and selections many and well prepared Linens were comfortable and very clean Keurig in the room a surprise but a welcome one.

One elevator is insufficient at busy times of the day

We stay in the area at least twice a year but this was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lebanon. We had a wonderful experience and will be back. Only issue was the TV would turn itself on and off when we were watching it but not a deal breaker. We had a wonderful experience with every thing else.

The TV in our room would tun itself on and off and lose sound but that was not a deal breaker. We still had a good time.

I had a family member at Vanderbilt, this hotel was in the perfect location to the hospital. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't use the pool or fitness room but both looked clean and great.

Friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast with plenty of choices, good size bathroom, plenty of hot water, and great shower pressure .

Lot's of TV channels but hard to navigate

I have been traveling for work for the last three months. I found this hotel to have the BEST Covid preparation of any!! I felt so much safer with all the hand sanitizing stations, clearly posted rules to follow, the breakfast serving and dining was properly set up for comfort and social distancing. constant cleaning going on by the staff. I can’t say enough good things!

Didn’t eat breakfast

Housekeepers banging really loud early on morning and speaking very loud Spanish right outside my door. They were practically yelling. Also the hotel is beside the interstate so there was traffic noise all night.

Our stay was awesome! The 3 ladies in the kitchen were fantastic! Great food and cleanliness. ;) Housekeeping couple were awesome! Ready to assist and thank you for bringing us fresh towels
