Perfectly located in Mount Juliet and close to shops, eateries and Infrastructure (such as I-40). The gym although small, was adequate, kept clean and had a number of equipment that catered to many tastes. Didn't use the pool but it looked awesome and I saw many families enjoy it during my 2 week stay there. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice but good nonetheless. The onsite laundry facilities were a bonus and came in very handy during my stay. A pleasant stay for my work trip and I would stay here again; the staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was well maintained.

Some of the furniture in the room wasn't that comfortable to use; particularly the couch/sofa. I ended up using the desk chair for eating meals and watching TV which wasn't ideal.

Breakfast was wonderful every day, patio was pleasant and a great place to relax (despite the continual smoking by guests), beds were very comfortable, water pressure great, loved having the kitchen and full fridge, great pillows and all around service from the kind staff at the front desk. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had a great stay while being displaced from our home.

The bathrooms and stairwells could have been cleaner, and it was challenging to get cleaning service. We were there 12 days and they only made the beds a few times and we never got an actual full cleaning after the 7 as advertised.

It was good Breakfast, nice set up, Coffee was alright but recommend the coffee shop by the gas station. The room was nice, nothing to fancy but it has a kitchen with stove, fridge, cabinets, coffee maker utensils. they had soup dispensers for the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. walk in shower with good amount of room. No issues, very relaxing place to stay if you are visiting family in the outside Nashville area. You got everything like gas station, target, Kroger, lots of restaurant, and convenient stores. if you for got something at home, you can go pick it up in walking distance.

Only thing that could be fixed was the Coffee. Need stronger coffee and better creamers. But other than that, It was a great hotel experience. Definitely will come back!

when I booked I had 2 rooms a double Queen and a single for 4 people. when I got to the property I had two queen beds, one in each room for 6 people. I didn't book for 6 people but I had to pay for 6 people. I book 2 Queen in one room and one Queen in the other room. I got one Queen in each room. one was a disable room which I didn't ask for. I think they gave my room away.

Breakfast and staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable and room is very spacious. Loved the kitchenette.

A ceiling panel was missing in the hall and the light in the hall kept flickering. All grout needs to be redone in the kitchen and calking needs to be redone in the bathroom.

Breakfast and dinner served!! Clean pool!! Understood and recognized my pet certificate as a service animal and did not charge me the pet fee!! Free laundry was the highlight!

I would have stayed longer but unfortunately they raised the prices too high, half the long stay guest had to move across the street to the cheaper hotel with us.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff willing to help us find an alternative room. Our initial room smelled a little musty and there were some ants near the window. They quickly helped us and offered us another (upgraded) room, very friendly!

Breakfast was ok, but plastic plates and cuttelery.

Breakfast & location were great, so was customer service. Value of items available for purchase in "pantry" was good. The room itself was wonderful, perfect bed, desk, and kitchen in suite.

The pool closing at dusk was very disappointing. The picture of the pool at night actually drew us to this hotel, but it closes ridiculously early, well before "night". Having a bath tub in the room would be nice, too.
