Conveniently located off interstate, next to Cracker Barrel, well lit parking lot

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice! The room had great lighting and is newly decorated. As a solo female traveler I felt safe. I would definitely stay there again.

While the mattress was very comfortable, it did slide around a bit off the base, and the toilet seat needed to be tightened.

there were a few roaches in our room coming from the electrical outlet in the bedroom we have never had this issue before and when bringing it to the attention of the clerk at the desk she was very apologetic and explained they were under new pest control services and they just put new bait out

The location is great. Just off the interstate and close to Cracker Barrel. I felt extremely safe. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful

There are other hotels nearby that are seedy looking. I had a little bit of insecurity with those properties being close in proximity however I noticed the police check the parking lot regularly and the hotel is position off the road just enough that you feel close to the major interstate but not on such a busy thoroughfare that you would make things uncomfortable

The hotel was in a very convenient location for attending the high school basketball tournament. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice sized TV. Microwave and mini fridge as well!

The single cup coffee maker in the room (407) malfunctioned, but there was coffee at the continental breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Check in was quick thankfully because we got in late. The beds were super comfy and everything in the room worked fine. The only thing I needed was a night light for my little girls but luckily I had that. Other than that was all good. Quiet rooms honestly no complaints.

The bathroom shower lights were so bright that it shinned on the mirror into my girls eyes while they were sleeping. It was just the layout of the room. No idea how you could fix it. A curtain maybe? There was a door but if you opened it it was very bright to those trying to sleep.

My son and I were travelling for a college visit and waited til the last minute to book a hotel- long story short, our first option was ridiculously below par and we were forced to make a late day secondary plan- we chose this Quality inn and booked online- when we arrived our reservation was nowhere to be found. The kind lady at the desk assured us it was not a problem and booked us quickly and kindly, The room was modern, clean and comfortable- the staff was friendly and helpful- the parking was well lit and felt safe- our experience was GREAT!!! Thanks for everything!!!

The breakfast would have been better if there was fruit and healthier selections like yogurt

The room we got was on the 1st floor close to the lobby. Easy in, easy out. The desk attendant was great.

The USB ports on the bedside tables didn’t work as well as the ones by the TV. The TV remote also didn’t work well. Even changing it at the desk, that one didn’t work well either. Had to get the desk clerk to manually turn it off.

Breakfast was great, we arrived a little late for breakfast but we were still able to get juice and bagels which was perfect.

The doors to the rooms didn’t look like they were installed properly. Our door on our room was fine but you could see light coming through some of the other rooms doors in several places so you could tell the door wasn’t securely sealed. We had to make a complaint because the people in the room across the hall were still being noisy at 1am but shortly thereafter they quieted down so I’m assuming someone from the front desk called them and asked them to quiet down.

Was not sure what to expect as we have never stayed at a Quality Inn before. Clean, comfortable with friendly and professional staff.Great value. We spent the savings on dinner at a local eatery.
