It was very nice and smelled clean and clean in the rooms

The issue we didn’t like is the faucet in our room the water coming out was not good. It was a little stream and when brushing teeth you needed more. Never had a faucet with this low amount of water coming out.

It’s super nice. I would say better than expected for the price. The only weird thing was they “message” you a lot. We’ve never traveled with pets and the first thing they did was reach out asking if we were bringing pets. Then I got 3 notifications asking to check in before we got there which asked for a lot of car information like a license plate that I didn’t know and wasn’t going to go out of my way to get. We got there and the guy was verbally short almost annoyed we were talking to them. But everything was easy and beautiful and CLEAN! So I can deal with a weird couple of messages and an annoyed guy at the front for the price and hotel we got!

The room was clean and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is dog friendly with plenty of grassy dog areas. The staff did their best with trying to keep breakfast stocked. The location is great for getting to the soccer fields. Plenty of shopping relatively close if you want.

The beds weren't very comfortable for sleeping. That being said, my husband and I are used to sleeping on a king size, expensive mattress and this was a hotel queen, more like a full. If you don't take the time to shut the door gently, it makes a loud noise, and the people around us did not take the time. The doors slammed until 2 a.m., especially the back door.

Excellent variety for breakfast for travelers .Especially happy to see fresh fruit & yogurt offered . We were also intrigued by the pancake maker !!

The only thing we looked for but didn’t find in the room was a sheet for instructions for operating the tv .It would have been convenient to have the lists of places to eat and things to do locally in the room as well as the front desk . Hard to get back on highway from hotel - needed to exit one direction only to be safe in traffic .

When we checked in Mary was at the front desk and greeted us with a warm smile and welcome. Check in was fast and easy. We had a room that was on the 2nd floor and easy to get to. We had parked in the back during our stay and the door was next to the stairs to reach our room was a great convenience going in and out of the hotel. the room as really nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and soft as they just cushioned around you for a great sleep. The TV is a nice setup that both beds could see it without any problems. We were close to a highway and you could not hear traffic noise, even at night. The bathroom was nice and open that 2 people could be in there at the same time. My wife said she really loved the shower as you had a rain type showerhead and a shower wand. The breakfast was simple, but filling as they had scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy to go on them if you wanted. They had a pancake station instead of a waffle type and it was interesting to watch it being made while you waited for them. There were yogurts, cereal and milk plus bread and bagels for toasting. To drinks were juices and coffee. The staff was always friendly and gave you a nice smile and hello when you saw them. The hotel has been renovated and I think it is a great plus for them. Just a side note there is a Mexican restaurant that you can walk to that is in front of the hotel by the highway. The food is really delicious and filling. Make sure to have the churro's for dessert as you will not be disappointed. Check out was easy and pleasant. Mary was there so we were able to thank her for the time we had there and we would definitely be back again.

This is not so much a complaint as just a suggestion that they fix the sliding door for the bathroom to close all the way and not open back up about 6in or so and this was not a thing that we found too inconvenient as we have found from other hotels that we have stayed at from different brands have had the same problem.

The toilet design is not good. Presumably these are new toilets, but they are very low, and they don't flush as intended. Even with only paper in the bowl, the water doesn't wash it down on the first flush. Inefficient and uncomfortable. Also, despite accepting pets, their policy is NOT friendly. You sign a statement saying you will not leave the dog unattended, even in a crate, at any time. I understand the rationale, but when it is 90 degrees outside and you need to grab a quick dinner, it is unsafe for a pet to be left in the car. A better policy would be for the owner to be held financially accountable for any damages, and to be ejected if the dog receives complaints from others.

Very clean, modern and new. First impression was wonderful. The cheeped out on the construction. All the bathroom fixtures were loose. Bathtub drain wouldn’t close so you couldn’t take a bath. Most of the electrical outlets and all of the usb ports didn’t work. The floor in the bathroom looked very nice but it felt like you were walking on loose tiles. Beds were very comfortable and overall a very nice hotel.

We have stayed at this Wingate 3 or 4 times and have always found it clean and well maintained. The staff is professional, and polite.

The rooms we stayed in while spacious don’t seem to be efficiently designed. There is no closet or even open area where you can hang a half dozen garments . Instead there are 3 chrome hanging pegs and one hanger….its just not a very efficient use of space….still overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Facility is new, smells and looks clean; however some building details are not well finished. - bathroom door doesn't stay shut - outlets and light switches are not installed straight - noticed gaps on the floor prior to carpet or vinyl been installed - bathroom sink was way too low - water pressure in the shower was too low - 2 or 3 USBs were not working - low power voltage in a couple of the outlets - way too many sources of lights in one room (6 different switches for different fixtures/lamps)

Booking was simple! When I arrived, the staff working were polite and professional. Check-in was easy. The staff done an excellent job, when explaining the layout of the hotel and policies. Room was exactly as described. The property was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Check-out was quick.

My only complaint is parking was a little tight.
