I hate that hotel guests need to pay for parking. It was a reasonable rate per day, but guests should not have to pay.

The room was very nice the bedroom and living area was separate from each other making it feel more like home than a hotel room. The soap and lotion were amazing. It was comfortable especially since we traveled due to not having power in our home because of the wind storms that hit Kentucky.

The long walk to our room. Traveling with 5 kids was a little winded, especially with the car seat, but I truthfully could not complain.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating friendly plus was able to answer my questions

The room was not cleaned and the pillow to the pull out bed was on the floor when I walked in. I spoke with the front desk and told them the room wasn’t clean and the microwave was open and dirty the refrigerator had ice cream in it and all of the drawers in the room were open. After I informed them the room was dirty someone came to clean but the ice crew was still in the refrigerator

I loved everything about the hotel. As a solo traveler that just wanted to relax, the hotel had everything that I needed. I will definitely visit again.

There was a musty smell in the carpet in fro t of the bathroom. Smelled like water had been sitting in/under the carpet.

The hotel was very pretty. We arrived late so didn't really see it well. The area leading up to it felt a bit scruffy as in overgrowth of foilage and broken down fencing. Once we got to the property it was well manicured. The beds were very comfortable.

It was my mistake for not noticing there was a 10.00 parking charge, but just something to be aware of if you didn't notice it. Didn't like that they put an automatic 50.00 hold on my card for incidentals. Night manager wasn't the most welcoming person. At first she couldn't find our reservation. I had to get my printed copy of my booking confirmation out to show her we did. Overall things were fine, but after a long day of driving if felt a bit irritating.

The hotel was very nice from the lobby to the rooms. The BREAKFAST was delicious with several options ( even grits ). There was live music in the restaurant that was very entertaining.

It took a while to get our orders from the bar. We ordered food only at 5:02 and didn’t receive the food until close to 6:00.

The staff was incredibly friendly. We felt welcome and appreciated. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hallways could use some updating or something to “liven” them up (dark, long, older carpet, no pictures) but still very clean. The staff here are what really took an average hotel stay to excellent though. Thank you.

I was in a suite and slept on the sleeper sofa in the main room. The door to the bathroom/bedroom did not make a noise when my daugher was sleeping but I had to go in there. Not the little bit of noise. It was great. I also liked that I could get coffee anytime.

Every ice machine was broken. Okay, there are only 2 of them but they are dry and rusty and look as if they haven't worked in a long time. We couldn't find the switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom. It bugged me to have to pay for parking in a suburban location.

It was a very comfortable and clean environment. The distance to everything we wanted to do was great.

There was nothing prior to arriving to tell us there was a fee to park. I think that is kind of ridiculous. Obviously most people have a car unless they are flying.

The women at the front counter were kind, patient, and helpful in finding my reservation. They made a stressful situation mildly less stressful and were extremely helpful during the process. I also appreciated that they allowed us to check in early.

I did notice that the carpet may not have been vacuumed as there were quite a few crumbs around the couch. I also found the toilet to be uncomfortable as it squeaked / moved when used.
