My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good with many options. They began breakfast at 7am and also offer no cost drinks during our arrival around 6 pm. The staff was friendly. I loved the size of the room, it was a suite with a door. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was okay, not as comfortable like other hotels I have stayed in. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was ok. I think our waitress had too many tables. Overall very good option for a couple of days.

I love the whole atmosphere. Everything u need literally. Rooms are spacious, free breakfast and they make u omelettes, nice indoor pool and patio and they even give u a night cap 😉. Enough parking and it’s free. What more could u ask for here

I’m 32 and beautiful and the night cap guy I’d me. I had all my kids with me two are teens. I guess he thought we was all friends lol. But that irritates me because I had to send my kid back to the room to get my id and I’m the one that bought the room. That fueled me for a sec

Only thing i would have liked is if room service was longer since i was there for a concert and traffic was insane after anf good options were limited by then or if shuttles were provided for local events with insane traffic. There were some late night delivery options though so I'm not going to die on that hill...i get it...we just had a long day and didn't get to eat before the concert due to getting stuck in traffic and by time my pizza got there it was 3am

Clean facility, professional and courteous staff, lobby breakfast is very well managed, the arrangement for free cocktails in the evening are one of the best seen in any Embassy Suites we've ever stayed in. Overall 5 stars for our experience.

Elevators were under maintenance during our stay so that caused a bit of inconvenience waiting long for it to come, heard someone remained stuck inside of it for long, but hope this is temporary only and management is doing their best to fix.

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the drinks during the evening reception, and the restaurant in the hotel is very nice and convenient. My girls liked how different the elevators were.

The chips, dip, and salsa was a little disappointing as the snack for evening reception. It was nice, don't get me wrong. I stayed at a different Embassy in St. Louis & they served sandwiches, fruit, chips, dips, etc The pool was down for maintenance and that was extremely disappointing because that was what my 5 year old was really looking forward to

the price and location were very reasonable. really enjoyed the bar staying open for dinner and drinks until a decent hour.

didn’t like that only 2 elevators were operable. it was spring break for many kids and they would jump in front of people already standing for the elevators and immediately press the close button so no one else would get on. then they would just ride them up and down for no reason without supervision. the other 2 elevators should have been fixed before spring break started.

Great breakfast, bar, restaurant, Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. I requested 2 extra hand towels and when I got back to my room they brought me a dozen bath towels, a dozen hand towels and a dozen wash cloths. All I needed were 2 hand towels but they did deliver even though it was more than I needed. I will definitely stay here again.

We had to park in the back parking lot and we didn't see any doors in the back to get into the hotel so we had to walk around to the front. That was the only complaint and it wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, and they were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. There was plenty of parking space available on site.

We did notice that the alarm clock did not have a working display, but it could be that it was dimmed to a low level. It is something minor that did not affect us at all.

Breakfast bar with omelet station was nice. Could get dippy eggs if you wanted. All breakfast staff were very pleasant. The complimentary cocktail and snacks were nice. bar staff was pleasant.

Parking was tough when trying to get a handicapped space. There should be more Handicapped spaces near entrances. With having a bad back a hot tub would have been nice. when made requests from housekeeping was told would be up in a couple minutes with supplies was an hour to an hour and a half almost 2 hours till supplies came. Or had to call and ask for same supplies again. Granted it was a very busy week since i was there between Christmas and New Years just give a more realistic time for delivery of things.

paying for parking- seems like if we are guest at your hotel parking should be included. paid over 300 for 2 nights and then had to pay 28 just for parking.
