Excellent value for money considering it was about one fourth of the price compared to anything decent downtown. Could still get to Broadway in 15 min by Uber for $11 when parking near Broadway was over $20 for 2 hours… Rooms are simple but large enough and clean.

The first night the power went out for over 2 hours but it seems it was the entire neighborhood (luckily a major storm had just passed through so the lack of AC was barely noticeable but got woken up when power came back and AC cranked up again). Stayed 3 nights and had someone playing loud music on last night for about an hour between 2-3am…

Fine suite. Fine big bed. Clean. Good breakfast. Very happy with my stay there. In addition it is on bus route 18 that goes to Central Bus Terminal in city centre. In the other direction bus 18 goes to the airport. 2$ per trip.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. No loud noise at night, or evidence of crazy partiers. Parking is ample and safe. Location adjacent to the bus line was ideal.

A little disappointed that when we asked, our sheets were still not changed. Not enough towels were provided either, but were able to get more when we asked. Neither one was a deal breaker though! Exercise room was very small, and and stationary bike or two would be great for older folks like me that have trouble walking but can peddle a bike!

Its a recently renovated property with ongoing renovation work. Its being done to a great standard. I had a king suite and it was great. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the area is quiet and safe, 10mins to Opry Mills / Grand Ole Opry, 10mins to Nissan Stadium, 15mins to downtown broadway. Theres not much around the property that I saw on foot except a gas station just on the opposite side of the road but with a car everything is close. And even if you dont, they offer a free bus that drops you off downtown and on broadway from early morning til 23:30 so getting around is easy. I will definitely be looking to stay again next year when Im back in Nashville and Ill be telling all my friends about it.

Very nice - nicer than we anticipated. We arrived earlier than expected and we called ahead see if there were any chance we could check early. The lady with whom we spoke said she'd get someone working on it and we were able to check in a bit early after grabbing an early dinner. We ended up being located near the elevator which would normally be a no-go but we had been upgraded to a suite, which provided an outstanding noise buffer. (they had to give our original room to someone who needed two queens; the move to a single king suite was was fine with us). Pretty easy hop to downtown and events, etc. without paying the downtown prices. We didn't even hear the planes despite proximity to airport. Plenty of restaurants and retail within a short distance. We didn't partake of the breakfast because we had other plans. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and they provided a nice array of toiletries in cute little bottles (I always appreciate that). Good value, especially on the busy weekend of a big college game. We were very pleased and would stay there again.

We took advantage of an offer to pay extra to upgrade to a king suite and were pleased with the suite. Glad for the extra room between us and the corridor as our friends were staying on the same floor and were kept awake by some noisy guests.

Only 4 hangers in the room which for a 5 night stay was not enough. Asked a couple of times at reception for more but never got them. Breakfast was generally good but there wasn't always yogurt available and only 1 toaster meant you sometimes had a long wait. There are limited options for eating around the hotel (Waffle House & CITGO shop) so car necessary

The hotel was much better than I was expecting, I loved my staying. Very clean. The van/coach that take people to downtown is safe and useful, very helpful to deal with the distances. Although, Alexis inn doens't have swimming pool, I recommend buying a spa day at other hotels nearby to enjoy the pool on warmer days (that's what I did).

I think there is an opportunity to improve investing on substantiable cups and cutlery. Its too much plastic and polystyrene. I get the importance of using a gloves to take the popcorn at the reception, but all of those gloves go to the trash/ocean. Too much waste! It doesn't have laundry.

Seems fairly renovated it’s cool nice breakfast

The hallways are so noisy I can hear people slamming doors laughing screaming, the walls are paper thin and the entrance door to room isn’t insulated u hear everything a bit annoying the staff what’s very nice specially the girl checking in., however the white girl in the morning shift was very rude and condescending. Not to me off course, I would have put her in her place. She was yelling at some customers to move their luggage because it was in their way. Not ok to talk to customers in a scolding manner I witnessed this and I felt uncomfortable it

The room was huge, beds were comfortable. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Decent location with pretty easy parking. Breakfast was really good for a hotels free breakfast. I liked the free coffee, lemon water and popcorn in the lobby. Bathroom was spacious and clean. I did notice the "dirty" carpet so many mention. Carpet in my room was brand new, so I think maybe it's dye from the new carpet transferring. Overall I really liked this hotel and will stay again.

The TV remote in the room is ridiculous! I had to have front desk rep come up and check it. Only to find out it was functioning "normally". But, due to the location of the box, I had to stand in the center of the room and hold the remote over my head to get the Directv to work. Could not change channels or look at guide from bed at all. The wifi was spotty and left a bit to be desired. Parking was good, but there should be designated areas for people with oversized vehicles & trailers to park so they don't take up all the spaces for other guests.

The hotel is under construction so they'll have areas tied off & parking readjusted. In the room we stayed in there is a flimsy/skinny blind without curtain. It let's ALL the light in. I'd prefer not to have that waking me up so we just got an extra blanket & we rigged it up there block the sunlight. I booked on booking.come for double queen bed when I got there was told no double queen bed available ( I was perturbed bc I want what was advertised& what I paid for) which is what I told the desk clerk at check in. He stated they tell the booking agency not to do that but there's only so much they can do with the agency. I instead ask if there was a room with a queen bed & a pull out bed & he said yes& I agreed to that. Then he typed for a minute or 2 & was magically able to find a double queen bed as I originally booked thankfully. The room itself seems older but well kept& it was nice & clean. The bed was nice & comfy. We slept well. They do have a breakfast bar but we didn't check it out. The hotel meet out needs for the stay & overall no complaints, would stay again.
